Kind of but, not really. That would be if we are talking about the opportunistic and money grabbers within KO and about the most-die hard religious conservative parts of PiS (which is not 100% of the party in both cases)

I think the main reason for KO, at least it's worst side group. Is to pick up support from those that PiS cannot pick up with it's political stance. (But, also increase chances for their men in governmental positions to literally screw over women left and right without consequences for themselves, cause the women they are doing it with wants to feel "empowered")

While PiS does it mainly as to not only gain but, retain church goers and the more conservative part to keep voting for them.

The health focused group in Poland regarding this issue is too little and minuscule to even count, compared to animal welfare activists that aren't THAT big in Poland, but has been tried to be swayed to side of PiS as far as I remember
