I must tell.you about this delightfully shabby Polish restaurant in South Kensington .called Daquise.

..I was there just in time for the end of the set lunch - starting withcabbage and potato soup with sourdough bread and butter.

The waiter came to my table with a pan and ladled out the 🍲....followed by pork kotlet, mashed potato with dill, and beetroot salad.....it was 20 quid well spent...

Daquise has been there since 1947! Would recommend!
