As for anybody being hurt, well, the twice-convicted paedophile is now a thrice-convicted paedophile, so he certainly hasn't changed. I really hope that he never touched any of the kids at child-minding business, but I guess we'll never know for sure.

That's a fairly questionable choice.

But we also know from the [redacted] State business register that at the address owned and occupied by jr a child-minding business was operated by Mrs jr. So we know jr made it possible for a twice-convicted paedophile to live in a shack where a child-minding business was operated. That is pretty damn close to the last two words in your sentence.
