Yeah I mainly just do the protein shakes one of which has a small amount of testosterone in it. I know hgh and t especially taken intramuscularly would get me to the next level but i worry about the risks especially cancer and impotence. I took 4 andro for a while when i first started but it made my liver enzymes shoot way up after 3 months sp alt ast. I dont think theres a way to get 20 inch arms though naturally or atleast with minimal supplements especially for a tall guy.

My knee is still one of my biggest hurdles after a torn acl and meniscus. I planted wrong jumping a hurdle like 10 years ago. When it tore it literally almost sounded like a gunshot or something. I didn't think anything was wrong till I walked up the stairs later and my knee became as fat as my thigh lol. Dude have you checked if they can make a surgery on your knee? That doesnt sound good and i guess the joint has much more stress because of this. But be careful, a surgery also can make it worse.

You dont need hormones to get good guns. It all depends on your genetics and the right training. Genetic play a big role. I can´t lie to people that if they do what i tell them, they will look like me. I have good genetics and others dont have that. But evryone can make the best of what he has.

The surgery I had was an acl reconstruction. They took a piece of my hamstring and manipulated it to basically replace the torn acl. Other option was acl from a cadaver which had shorter recovery and was stronger as its a real acl. I preferred that option but there was a small risk of contracting hiv or other disease as they could only disinfect the tendon up to a point before it weakens.
