Nope. That's the one...
- whose primate, Bishop Padewski, was tortured and murdered by UB; the difference between Wyszyński and Padewski was that Wyszyński was kept in a nice cosy cloister whilst Padewski was kept in a kennel, also Wyszyński left the cloister safe and sound and Padewski was tortured (there were signes of burning and bruises all over his body) and killed by UB - the only Catholic bishop in Poland to face such fate;
- that recognises only the common councils of undivided Church, which makes it close to Orthodox Christians with whom it is in close ecumenical dialogue;
- that has valid Apostolic Succession and Sacraments;
- that is called Old Catholic, because it
never recognised the novelties introduced in 1870 during the First Vatican Council, but rather kept to the old Catholic Faith;
- that is the Polish national Catholic Church (somewhat close to what Anglicanism used to be for the English) which joins deep devotion to St. Virgin Mary Queen of Poland with fervent Polish patriotism;
- that recognizes the Pope as
primus inter pares but not his jurisdiction over the entire Church;
- that is
Orthodox (but not Eastern) and Catholic (but not Roman)!

attacked each other" and readily appointed German bishops for conquered Polish lands (of such attitude towards Poland we can find multitude of examples, but I think Józef Beck summed it up the best when he said: "Do najbardziej odpowiedzialnych za tragedię mojego kraju należy Watykan. Zbyt późno uświadomiłem sobie, że prowadziliśmy politykę zagraniczną służącą egoistycznym interesom Kościoła Katolickiego").
