German "Spitzenqualitaet" (top quality) remains at the top and "deutsche Arbeit" (German workmanship) still beats 'em all!
Finding products though which haven't yet been outsourced to China surprise, surprise, or elsewhere is the thing.
Certain automobiles are produced in Northern Brazil, yet, I'm told, they are regularly checked by a German inspection team, although all the line-level workers are local Brazilians without exception.

Alot of once proud "Made in Germany" comes nowadays from Asia! Cheaper and of course not as good. There are discussions about how much of the product has to be actually really made in Germany to be allowed to still wear that sign of quality...many customers feel deceived.

The labels may read SCHERING, SIEMENS, PORSCHE etc., but they are in fact manufactured in cheaper-wage countries.
"Made in Germany" is merely the selling point to get potential customers interested in buying the product, always costlier.
"Made in India" among technology products somewhere doesn't have the same cache now, does it:-)

Especially in Germany, as german customers are quite spoiled....it has become a problem for the companies!

Transfer of technology. That first. Then also, there is the old rule - when stops trade, starts open war. Non of us, for all sorts of reasons, wants open war at this moment of game. Its better this way. They work against us, we tackle them. They are terrified by Russia and our deals with Russia. They are confused because we bringing Poland and China in the game. They would like we to extinct, we want they shatter from within and return to us.

Germany has always been the economic powerhouse of the Cont!inent! Even Israel depends on Germany for nearly everything from white goods to sirens-:)

Talked to business people of Austria in person. They invest in Serbia for several reasons. Because they want privileged access to Russian market, and access at all. There is the law in Russia in connection to it. Business must have production in Serbia in order to get more easily access to Russian and former SU market, resources and energy. Then there are also enormous Russian, Chinese, Japan and in general Asian investments here so one desire to stay in the game by having foot in Serbia. Who controls Asia rule the world. Who have connection to it can hope to participate.

Entire German factories are moving here. For one German or Austrian owner of business is more important to have business here then in Germany/Austria itself. Its a major strategic shift of power in Europe. Its the gravity of Belgrade.

Austria and Germany though are rarely compatible in this regard as the former relies to a far greater degree on tourism.

....and the cheaper labour- and production costs...and the easy-made economic cooperation inside the EU.....but better Serbia than Asia! :)

It was one of benefits. Now salaries increase in Serbia. These other things I mentioned are untold to public on the west of Europe because examples that western Europe rightfully an rapidly losing power.
