Putting "set somobody on fire" into Google immediately returns: (fig.) to excite someone; to make someone passionate as for example in:
Her oratory set everyone on fire.
Her oratory set everyone on fire.
Then enter ' I set you on fire' which is what he said to me, what you have entered is not what was meant. This is not some kind of American/Texan slang.
Johnny did not mention you in his last post at all.
He was referring to me or has he been busy threatening to set someone else on fire?
you simply tend to have Johnny Reb on the mind.
Since his nasty little threat, I've totally ignored him. He however has posted twice about me in the last few days.
He just doesn't know when to shut up.
