Yes when the civilians were already outside
Dead from RuSSian bullets in Mariupol, Bucha, etc?
or in the shelters as was the case in Bakhmut or Mariupol.
"In an official statement, the United Nations confirmed the deaths of 1,348 civilians in Mariupol, but warned that the true death toll was
likely thousands higher while also reporting that
90% of the city's residential buildings had been damaged or completely destroyed."
Did you just compare the largest surface area country in Europe and a concentration camp where 2 million people were crammed together surrounded by fences, walls and barbed wire?
Yes, idiot, I did. In both cases civillians were killed from airstrikes and bombings. RuSSians somehow managed to kill many civillians despite the size of Ukraine and they are still killing them with every airstrike. And in case you forgot, RuSSians turned Mariupol into a prison - at first they didn't allow for evacuation routes and later shot at people who tried to get out of the city.
And Syria:

"the Syrian regime has dropped nearly 82,000 barrel bombs,
