Like New York, Paris, and London, Berlin was always a more international city, almost a gateway instead of a "typically German" city, compared say with Munich, Cologne, Heidelberg, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Dresden, even Frankfurt or Hamburg!

That coalition won't last in Estonia. EKRE will have control of the Interior Ministry, and they won't be able to stop themselves from harassing the Russian minority there. As soon as they do, the Center Party will be forced to break the coalition or face losing the Russian minority vote.
