(generally speaking what I have observed - of course not all progressives/'regressives are like this but nonetheless specific distinct policies, opinions, agendas, etc can be generally attributed to one group more so than another. For example, dems/progressives - I'd say those who call themselves progressive tend to be more left on the spectrum than your average democrat)

'Regressives': tend to promote family, tradition, patriotism, hard work, responsibility for one's actions, debates, free speech - even if it doesn't agree with them, tolerance of all creeds, nations, etc. (tolerance isn't enough now for the libs - you have to LIKE their agendas and teach them to your kids or you'll be called a Nazi, racist, literally hitler lol, etc.) economic competition, paid education, ability to defend one's home and family, sovereignty, security - even if it means excluding people from a certain part of the world, small government with low taxes to promote private sector growth, and so on.

Progressives: tend to promote erasing of borders destroying sovereignty of one' s nation - which millions fought to preserve all throughout history and continue to fight literally while I'm typing this, promoting a LGBTQ+ agenda (admitted by grade school teachers in Canada) to young children aged 6, 7, etc who know next to nothing of hetero sex yet the beaty and normalcy of homosexuality is already instilled in their brain from an early age, suppression of free speech and literally screaming at people calling them all sorts of names if they disagree (students even yell at teachers and call them all sorts of names - if I did that just 5 10 years ago I'd get suspended or expelled and rightfully so - yet the media calls these snowflakes heroes...), instilling a severe sense of victimhood esp amongst minorities - it's not your fault that you got arrested for drugs in the hood it's whitey's fault for not giving you a $50k a year job despite you not finishing high school!!, extreme narcissism - every 'progressive' is a special perfect infallible snowflake, xenophobia/racism against whites esp hetero males, hatred of Catholicism, Orthodoxy, etc. while promoting Islam which is infinitely more restrictive to women and has extremely violent, supremacist language, appropriation of other cultures (I couldn't stop laughing when a lib girl from UCLA or one of those Cali schools chanted the Muslim call to prayer using a bullhorn... she probably didn't realize that women aren't allowed to do that in Muslim countries) and style of dress i.e. white girls with dreadlocks... then they wonder why they can't get a job - oh I forgot it's not your purple dreadlocks it's the evil white male manager's fault, suppression of debates because it may 'trigger' some people and even citing facts - not even a position but straight up facts and statistics - is racist and literally like Hitler..., demands of 'safe spaces' and 'triggers warnings' and even play-do and toys when they're offended (everything offends them - you can't even have students read classic literature anymore like Adventures of Huckleberry Finn or To Kill A Mockingbird because some snowflake finds it racist) because their character is so weak that just the mere mention of World War 2 or some other conflict makes them cry worse than a teething baby, redistribution of wealth through enormous taxes which utterly devastates the middle class - NOT THE RICH - as now property taxes are so high that middle income earners are selling their homes so that they can rent, well goal accomplished progressives - you're getting the US middle class to gradually abandon their property (naturally wealthy people with multi million dollar net worths and 400k 500k to 1 mil annual income don't care if their property taxes go up another 10k), pushing green energy programs that are utter failures like Obama's investments into Fisker and A123 battery, abolishing guns which means that a family would be defenseless against a criminal with a pistol, and so many more...

... and this is progressive? It seems like these people have regressed into naivety and being overgrown toddlers - complete with play-do in safe spaces.... These people, especially the millennials and young ones, take no responsibility for their actions and feel like the past generations owe them. Even just 5 6 years ago when I graduated college it was nothing like this, U got your degree and that was it. Now you're criticized for not taking part in some demonstration and God forbid you tell someone that you're only going to school to get a high paying job afterwards... No you have to be a SJW while in school!... or you're the enemy...

The one thing that I do agree with the 'progressives' though is universal health care and cheaper, but not free, education, and protecting the environment as I love going fishing, boating, etc. and I love animals so I hate to see the damage that industry has caused to some environments. However, sometimes these guys take it way too far. We can achieve a balance rather easily between economic interests i.e. mining, logging, etc. while still protecting sensitive environments and animals.

Nonetheless, I'd say all these policies of extremely large bureaucratic government, suppression of free speech and media, hatred of a particular group - white hetero males, confiscation of property via extremely high taxes - which hurt middle class home owners and old people more than anyone else, ridiculous levels of victimhood and narcissism while not taking responsibility for your own actions and instead blaming external forces I.e. the white man, slavery, colonialism, etc. which is pure bs (Poland wasn't even on the map for 100 years and once it regained its sovereignty after WW1 it was again taken over by USSR - yet do you see Poles asking for reparations from Russia, Austria, or Germany? Do poles ask for special treatment? Yes Poles may talk bad about Germans and Russians but ultimately we pulled up our own bootstraps and rebuilt our country. Yes, there was some assistance but by en large Poland succeeded because we persevered and were ambitious. ) and it seems to me more and more everyday like it's a weird sort of creeping fascism/communism/socialism/1984'esque future that we're headed to in the US.... it's scary... One day my kid's going to be in like 3rd grade listening to the teacher read a book on how having 2 daddies better than a mommy and daddy (weirdly enough scientific studies show children raised by 2 fathers have many social and learning issues, however children raised by 2 mothers appear to actually do better in social and educational settings than a child raised by a mom and dad... on average of course according to the sample the statistician chose).

I will teach my child to respect everyone and be tolerant of peoples' differences. But I'll be damned if some teacher or anyone else tries to push some agenda that is opposite of our families' culture, traditions, and religion. Not going to stand for it. The bad thing is that even private schools are gradually being coerced to run this way too.

I explained it a couple of times already: I didn't like Clinton, I disagreed with Sanders' ideology and I couldn't stand Trump. I will never vote for a candidate that I don't like just to prevent another one whom I dislike even more from becoming president.

The worst candidate won, and it shows. Pure chaos - never seen anything like it in all my years here in the country.


Common misconception. Read up on how little it actulally took to get transported to the penal colony. Stealing a piece of bread was enough, and they didn't spare children. Many convicts were political prisoners.

1) A group of ppl organizes to protest an outcome of a valid election supported by the majority of the population while claiming " we are the people"

2) A group of ppl the make a concerted effort to prevent, obstruct and shout down a speaker at events, because he/she is conservative and doesn't agree with this groups worldview as is.

3) Liberal individuals making hypocritical comments directly contradicting things they have said in the past.

They're vacillating between denial and self-flagellation, between consuming depression and delusional optimism. Some even blame our election being hacked by a foreign government.

I'm familiar with the savage nation. He's not bad.. I also like stossel tucker carlson and a few others. I liked vice a lot and still watch it and read their articles but its become way more biased and the quality of their journalism has gone down since HBO bought em out. I tend not to put too much stock into politics in my day to day life. If I really cared and got upset over everyone who had a different opinion id be eating valiums like cereal. I have enough to worry about with just my own personal career family bs and ever increasing taxes here. In any case I do hope I can leave the us in the next few years for Europe or Latin America

I voted for Trump because I cant stand Crooked Clinton and didn't want her getting into office. My vote didn't matter anyway because I live in Illinois and this is Democrat HQ. I went to the same high school as Hillary, she's from this town called Park Ridge. I used to live there when I was younger, real snobby place, but it's getting better over there now. Many Polish ppl have moved away from the city and into this area.

Bernie Sanders was never an option for me as well.

3 1/2 years isn't really that long of time, but if the Dems don't stop with all their antics it just might be to their own detriment.
