Those exist but they dont have the same market penetration and funding as the existing platforms. Also most things on fb youtube etc dont get taken down. Well, shouldn't right wing voters move to them en masse? Facebook and the others would surely have to take notice if right wing voters abandoned them and moved to something like "TrumpBook" instead. Its a deeply catholic country. Crosses hang in parliament and government buildings. Thats to be expected if someone insults a country where 90% if not more identify as roman catholic. Very idiotic. There were sound reasons for reporting restrictions (to stop the case collapsing), and attention seeking like that was the worst possible thing he could have done. He could have reported on the case after the verdict like everyone else, but instead, he chose to try and make a name for himself by exploiting the misfortune of the victims to push his own agenda.

Not exactly. For me, the greatest part of it is preserving the language of the country and its cultural traditions. That doesn't mean at all you feel superior to all others because you were born in it.
