Thanks for that link. Now, I see the problem. The author used the term "electoral fraud" improperly as a substitute for a commonly used term "voter fraud". My guess is that he is foreign-born, since "electoral" connects 99% of the time with the Electoral College, not the act of voting.

The difference between voter fraud and electoral fraud is that one relates to irregular casting and the other relates to irregular counting.

Electoral fraud is systemic, ie voting machines being re-programmed or votes not being counted correctly.

Voter fraud is committed by voters who are not voting legally.

There is something sick and very disturbing about your posts alleging that Trump is taking orders from Russia. I hope that it is only the posts.

A decent and honorable man would at least attempt, however lamely, to support such an allegation. The same decent and honorable man would give us some examples what Russia told or forced their employee, Trump, to do for Russia. Your posts remain silent. Just as, in all probability, you will now.
