Time for a bit of Polish Music methinks.



You will struggle to find a more Polish song than this;



I am not a fan of Rap music but African, French and Polish works for me....... I hate British and American Rap....



As I said I am no fan of Rap Music, but I like this guy......



My last post tonight is one that I have posted before but still regard as one one of the greatest Polish Rock songs of all time.

This is the music I grew up with as a kid.



I couldn't leave these guys out.....

My posts were very old songs, and that's enough from me for one night, this song is not as old as the ones that I have posted but it sums up my feelings posting these old songs.......You have to click on "Watch on Youtube" to watch the video.

Just one post from me tonight.
I post this for two reasons, firstly because it is SO ENGLISH.
And secondly because The Middle East is kicking off again.
Syria has just invaded Lebanon stating that it is an attack on Hezbollah,but the Lebanese govt have said that it is an attack on all their people and so will fight back.Israel supports the Lebanese govt and so will also fight Syria.And Donald Trump has just said that a US attack on Iran is imminent.....
The lyric in this song that gets me is "Let's put the news on, I'll make some tea.Arabs and the Jews boy, too much for me....."

Here is a brilliant young Polish guitarist called Marcin Patrzalek.

This was probably the first time an 18 year old Marcin Patrzalek ever go noticed.

Most of you will not recognise this tune but some might.
I will give you one clue SOAD.

A massively underrated band.......



I rate this as one of the best Polish Prog/Metal songs of all time.Just superb!



I'll end my posts tonight with this one, starts off gentle enough and then gets VERY heavy.

It sounds like Jan Hammer could be in that 3rd band.

I know a lot of Poles in Chicago and they like the real heavy metal style.

The Poles I know here are either into very heavy metal or rap and often both!!

Here is another very good Polish band.
Don't worry, they sing in English!!!

Kinda mellow chick band..Haha. How about those once great rock bands that sold out into chick bands..

Yeah, we caught on late to REO Speedwagon in the UK, the first album we noticed was "You can tune a piano but you can't tuna fish" and they already showed signs of leaning towards being a girl's band.When we ran a Rock Disco we used to play them, Bon Jovi,Nightranger and others just to get the girls up on the dancefloor!
"Ridiin' the storm out" is a great song though!
