What do you think about what this Ukrainian film director wrote? (I have a request to moderators - don't alter this quote in order to make it shorter or something - Russians don't have access to Facebook).

'What frustrates me a lot is the letters from international festivals and platforms inviting me to participate in different activities with Russian colleagues. They also note that "These Russians are victims of Putin's regime as well and it would be nice to hear from you both."
Dear international community, let me give you a hint on how to distinguish the real victims of Putin's regime from the so-called ones. It's very simple. All the victims are in Russian prisons already. They did have balls to speak out against this war during the first days and they have since been arrested. The victims are already paying a price in prison, and they don't have the ability to present so-called "independent art" on your platforms. Others just fled their own country, cowardly, and others just betrayed their own people by being silent, being passive and being hypocrites while the rulers of their country repressed Russian minds feeding them the lies constantly.
You might say it's hate speech and one should not judge an entire nation just by its passport. But my people have given their lives for being Ukrainians, for staying Ukrainians in Ukraine even under heavy shelling.
I simply cannot respect Russians who just gave up on their own people and are now seeking the best opportunity to present their "art" elsewhere.
Russian independent artists, if you are the real ones, go home and start changing your country, talk to your own people, and do something for your future on your land.
Just as we are doing right now.
Maybe then, in a few years, I will want to have a conversation with you again.'
