Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades

Cojestdocholery
27 Mar 2022  #6781

would like to remain the main world superpower, and frankly we are not seeing it on the ground,

Ditto, that why I'm saying they have means but they have no will. They think they can do whatever they want with impunity and that is the problem - arrogance.

Maybe the US will concentrate on their roads and bridges?

There is no point to talk to him anymore. Really? They talk about US roads and brigdes? Right now? He doesn't know what he is talking about!

Yes the USA is poor, some dude flipin brugers make more than half of the population in Poland can make doing all kinds of skilled jobs. What USA GDP? Yes, USA can't afford to be a world power. Why don't they just give up? Why prolong the agony? Hi China.

@GefreiterKania
So its ok for Poland to be concerned about its own people and not for the US to be concerned for its people at home? Thats a F'd double standard. As for delivery of weapons, the Us always delivers, and having those missiles where they are now is smart, best case for successful use there in the event of a spill over from Ukraine.

The US simply does not run from a fight. The country has had enough wars, and is not going to rush in to a war that is not including a member of NATO. Like none of the other Fing NATO members are going in. Stop the high and mighty claims that it is US responsibility. The US responsibility is to defend NATO and it will.

ITs long over due that the EU have its own military, if it did, this wouldnt be a concern. If the process of membership was not so absolutely time wasting and filled with red tape, the EU would already include Ukraine and others. But the EU cant stop fighting within itself over every Fing stupid minutia item. And now the EU has Russia and Putin on its doorstep. You can not blame the US for any of it.

@Cojestdocholery
You have no idea of the cost of living in the US. The same steak I buy in Krakow is 300% more expensive in the US. The same milk, cheese and bread, 500% more expensive. Housing expenses 400% higher for the same standard of living. You have no idea of the US and its obvious you have never even been here.

Cojestdocholery
27 Mar 2022  #6783

look dude so far the usa is cowardly backing down, we say to step up with help to Ukrainie, not to start the war, the usa are is doing minium because your government is happy that it can do nothing and play a hero, and have some small gains due to Russian agression.

Russian will not nuke the USA or US troops you doodle ,
The other wars - who asked you to wage them? Not Poland, you had all those wars because you wanted to and you dragged others into it. Now what? Enough? lol!

I hate talking to cheerleaders they so one sided and narrow minded.

You have no idea of the cost of living in the US.

What is a ratio of a pay and cost of living in the usa! I will bet that is in favor of USA big time. Meaning it is easier to make living in the US than in Poland. That what I meant. Plus if you waste moeny on some BS, why do you complain, we didn't do it. You done it to yourself.

we say to step up with help to Ukrainie,

I say FO. Your war, your problem, your solution, your EU, and your nukes in London and Paris. Get lost. To help Ukrainians, print more euros.

Why don't they just give up? Why prolong the agony? Hi China.

Exactly.

As for delivery of weapons, the Us always delivers

So could you maybe (just maybe) explain to me why it is impossible to deliver already even a single Patriot battery that Poland bought, but it is possible to send two batteries to protect your units in Poland?

The US responsibility is to defend NATO and it will.

Let's all hope so. Otherwise, it's "Hi, China".

And now the EU has Russia and Putin on its doorstep.

Yes, it's a wake-up call. If only Poland had her own nukes... but guess which is the only country in the EU that has them... France. Damn it... :-/

@Cojestdocholery
I am not someone you call "dude". You have no idea what Russia will or wont do. The US was warning Ukraine for months that this was happening and Z tried telling everyone it wouldn't happen. He did nothing. The EU did nothing. The US told everyone what would happen before it happened and still nothing was done. Ell the EU did was wait and watch. It is not the US fault and Ukraine is not a NATO or EU member. Again, not the US fault on either point.

Not the US fault when the EU did nothing 8 years ago when Russia invaded. But of course the EU doesn't want to take responsibility for not helping its neighbor. But eh US went there and trained the Ukraine how to fight when they needed to.

Sure working in McDonalds in a big city will earn 60 zloty an hour in Chicago, and then try to rent a two bedroom apartment in the city, for about 10,000 zloty a month in a shiTT* area, paying inflated food, and other costs. You have no clue, just another person who believes what holywood feeds you.

I dont complain about money at all. I have a lot of money. I complain about whining people who want everyone else to bail their a$$ out. Work harder and make more. Get another job. Stop complaining. Stop worrying about your three weeks holiday and work 16 hours a day for 10 years without vacations and you will never worry about money again. Thats what people who make money in the US do. Real money comes from real work, not working some $hiT job and thinking about vacations.

All the "I bet" and "I think" means nothing when you talk to a person who actually knows. Stop guessing.

@GefreiterKania
Another whiner. You have no idea what is in Poland and neither do I. You think everything is public information? IF not for the US in Poland now, and all the firepower they have brought over, WTF would Poland do for defense? The US is and always has been fighting on the side of the good, so give the country a Fing break if it doesnt want to bow down to what Poland wants when it gives Poland the protection it asked for through NATO.

And now the EU has Russia and Putin on its doorstep.

Except for that "doorstep" and about 16 errors, it's a good post, PAK.

As far as "doorstep", it's the other way around. It's the EU and NATO that crawled up to Russia's doorstep. In fact, Russia went back and then had enough.

"We've spoken with President Zelensky many times in recent weeks. We've heard their requests for assistance. In many cases, we've delivered those anti-aircraft, anti-armor capabilities, we are assessing their air defense needs," she said. "But the answer is no if you're asking about the Soviet-era jets, the United States has decided that the particular proposal put forward by Poland is untenable. But honestly, if any NATO ally wanted to provide those types of pieces of equipment, the fighter jets, the MiGs, that is a sovereign decision, they can take that sovereign decision. But right now, the United States is very much focused on their air defense needs. And we're delivering multiple capabilities to try and address those requirements."

So Poland needs to stop talking and just deliver the Fing planes.

You have no idea what is in Poland

I know that Patriot batteries that we bought and paid for are not in Poland.

and neither do I.

Well, you do sound like you know a lot, so I thought that maybe you could answer just this one question about Patriot batteries. Apparently not.

Novichok

paid for are not in Poland.

Minor detail. One day Poland will get them. As far as PAK vs GK and Co, PAK wins.

The EU did nothing.

The EU is not a country for flip sake. Are you saying you are not someone to be called dude? You spew that kinds of things that says you are the one I should be calling dude, dude. Start talking sense and I'll call you sir. Respect is earned not demended.

The EU = Germany and Germany had been cozy with Russia. You live in Kraków and you don't know that much? Are you sure you live in Poland?

It is not the US fault and Ukraine i

Look when in the 90' Ukrainie give up it nukes, the USA, the uk and Russia guaranteed Ukrainien independece and borders. 2014 Russia fliped and you knew she was going for more. You had 8 year to perpare and you done very little, not nothing I grand you that but your guarantee is worth s;;t.

You are saying?

You have no idea what Russia will or wont do

What is a chance they will nuke USA? 0,2% 0.5%?
Well the chance they will nuke Poland if Poland goes into Ukrainie is 50%.
Is that answer your question?

Excellent posts PolAm.
Europe boasts about their free college and free healthcare yet wants the U.S. to pay for their military protection.
The U.S. could have all the free stuff that Europe affords if the U.S. didn't have to pay for Europe's military protection.

That is why I posted:

say FO. Your war, your problem, your solution, your EU, and your nukes in London and Paris. Get lost. To help Ukrainians, print more euros.

I haven't totally agreed with you in a very long time Rich.
Let Europe send their sons and daughters to spill their blood and let them start spending billions on their military.
The U.S. is great when needed but hated when we are not.
ie: I just can't picture joun, Atch, delph, Paulina, Harry, Milo and the such getting drafted into the military for combat. :-/

As the PF resident German patriot, I object to that pejorative "cozy with Russia". There are better ways of saying that Germans have brains. Like: Germans have brains.

Thank God Ukraine is fighting so bravely. A lot of fresh units still in the central and western Ukraine...

Ukrainian front

... most of the forces in the west of Ukraine will have to remain there to prevent cutting Ukraine off from the EU (in case of Russia/Belarus attack from the north), but some of these units can, and probably will, be used in counter-offensive operations.

One of the very few things that pro-Russian trolls get right on this board is the urgent necessity for European countries to strengthen their armies. It's an absolute must now, and hopefully nobody in their right mind will question this. Also, equally important is for 5-6 biggest EU countries to get their own nuclear weapons. Only France has them now, so it has to be changed.

Meanwhile, the longer Ukrainians hold the weaker Russia becomes in every respect (military, economy, internal coherence etc.), so fingers crossed for Ukies because NATO is not going to get involved in this, if NATO member is not invaded.

@Cojestdocholery
You dont know me. Calling me dude or sir is neither requested or required. My screen name is enough. Your opinion thet Germany = EU is your opinion and your problem, though I would agree that Germany and France hold too much sway in the EU.

Yes. I live in Krakow. I have a very nice place and own a few business in Poland. I also have a few places in the US. Because I worked my balls off to be able to afford my lifestyle and I still do. I am a realist and objective. I would fight for Poland and will if it needs to be that way because it is my home. I dont talk, I am prepared. Are you?

The Russia, UK and EU promised safety to Ukraine, not NATO and not the USA. Russia made the promise primarily and it is Russia that broke the promise. So where the F is it the US responsibility to escalate things?

Russia will not attack Poland. They know and Putin has said he can not beat NATO. He will dance near the border but will not dare cross. The sweeping defeat he would suffer would lead to Russia never recovering their military and Putin knows it. There are more NATO troops in the EU than all of Russia now. So where every you are getting your percentages of attack probability you might want to get them recalculated.

getting drafted into the military for combat. :-/

There are other tasks beyond "combat". Cleaning latrines, sweeping floors with body parts,...

I haven't totally agreed with you in a very long time Rich.

Nothing like wars to reveal what we really are and how we really feel. One dead American for 10,000 saved Euros is one American too many. I am so sick of this Polish whining: US this, US that, US should, US owes us...

Make friends with Russia as you did with Germany and delete "the US" from the Polish language.

Here is an idea for a bumper sticker US owes you sh*it!

One of the very few things that pro-Russian trolls

There are no pro-Russia trolls here. There are Russian patriots and American patriots - with no apologies for supporting what is dear to them.
Velund and Bobko are the best examples.

27 Mar 2022  #6798

You are pro Russian. You are a troll

And you get paid handsomely for it - for your sterling service you will be moved up to 334th in line for a new twin tub washing machine

Don't expect any washing powder though - that is bourgeois

GefreiterKania
27 Mar 2022  #6799

Velund and Bobko

Patriotism can be blind sometimes (although it shouldn't), so Velund and Bobko can be excused. Your shameless spreading of Kremlin propaganda, on the other hand, cannot be excused. It's despicable.

Don't try to present yourself as an American patriot. American patriots can support isolationism, care only about American "roads and bridges", they can be anti-EU etc. but they are not Putin's balls suckers like you are.

P.S. Mods - if you want to give me a warning, like you did last time, please don't give me letter "A" for "Abusing", give me "T" for "Truth". :)

Another moronic Polak metaphor. Quote where I did what you allege. Give me your best.

PolAmKrakow
27 Mar 2022  #6801

@GefreiterKania
I am not an isolationist, nor am I anti-EU. I am pro EU, and a global free economy advocate. I am against stupid risk taking for country's that are not legal responsibilities. If any NATO country is attacked I am fully supportive of an all out thrashing of Russia within any EU territory. I am against invading Russia for the simple reason that it can never be done successfully due to the land mass of the country, and it is a better strategy to starve them out and let the people make the change. I care about American lives as much as Polish ones, I have family in both countries.

That said, I will never support Putin or Russia. It is a backward thinking and operating nation full of paranoia, and insecurity complexes. Lock up the country and in 24 months Putin is gone. If a single drone or bomb falls on a NATO territory, then go into Ukraine and destroy the Russian army. If Belarus goes in and then a NATO incursion happens, then take out all of Minsk and all the Russians in Ukraine and you have a big big win.

First signs of the successful denazification of the RuSS economy: empty shelves. Only unconditional surrender can save RuSS-ASSian savages from a complete disaster with such situations that one day the savage family will have to decide who to eat first: their pet dog or cat. Coz all the rats and squirrels in the neighbourhood will have been caught, cooked and digested by then.

Guten Appetit, savages! hahahaha

As he capped a four-day trip to Europe, a blend of emotive scenes with refugees and standing among other world leaders in grand settings, Biden said of Putin: "For God's sake, this man cannot remain in power."

Europe is aghast and shocked. My, my...we don't say such things here...

Joe does and doesn't give a damn about the EU rules of good manners.
On top of that, the sentence is clear and reflects how Joe feels. Good job, Joe. Let them roll their eyes and whisper. They don't count.

Maybe.... poor, stupid RuSSians.
