Sorry, GK, but I don't see anything suspicious about it lol I think you're a bit paranoid - you're reading too much into it :P Przemyśl gained kind of international fame because of the stream of refugees pouring into it and it's very near the border, so I'm guessing it's shown for comparison.
The Institute for the Study of War (the source of the map) is an American think tank and Nexta is Belarusian, so, again I'm asking you - what does it have to do with Ukrainians?
It's been at least 20 years since I saw any nazi symbols during football games in Poland, and even back then it was extremely rare.
I wouldn't be surprised considering that displaying such symbols publicly is against the law in Poland. But check this out:

During the march they were yelling stuff in support of Romuald Rajs aka "Bury", whose unit was responsible for the death of tens of Orthodox people, including women and children. He also ordered the killing of Lithuanian prisoners of war.
