China believes NATO should have been dissolved after the USSR, which it was created to contain
Well, of course China and Russia would like to have no rivals, noone who could challenge them, stand up to them - fragmented, disconnected West would be much easier to deal with :)
It's not up to Russia or China to decide which alliances should continue and who can be part of them. This is ridiculous, arrogant and simply selfish. Other countries have the right to think about their security and well-being too.
Russia is also a part of a military and economic alliance - Eurasian Economic Union and Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO):

They even have your "favourite"
Article 5:
"Similar to Article 5 of the North Atlantic Treaty, Article 4 of the Collective Security Treaty establishes that an aggression against one signatory would be perceived as an aggression against all."
So, do you think we like having CSTO right on our NATO border with that "horrible Article 5" of theirs? Do you think we like it when Russia does joint military exercises with Belarus near a border with Poland, like Zapad 2021, for example ("Zapad" means "the West", btw)? Do we like it that there are Russian missiles in Kaliningrad that can wipe out Warsaw? No, we don't, but I can't say we were losing sleep over it. We've learned to live with it.
So why Russia can be in a military alliance with not only other countries, but also NATO neighbours, why other countries, including NATO neighbours, can be in alliance with Russia, but... we can't be in NATO? Why?
Why NATO is "obsolete", but CSTO isn't?
