Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades

Novichok
4 Apr 2022  #7471

The did. I don't need trial you moron to know that.

Russia is a country with mountains, lakes, and rivers. Countries do not commit crimes. People do, moron.

why did Ukraine have it in the first place?

Good question, Strzelec.

Mountains, rivers, lakes and sprats

But no sugar.

Just curious...Was the US suspended from the HRC when it invaded Iraq on a rumor that Saddam had what he could legally have?

mafketis
4 Apr 2022  #7474

why did the Ukraine have it in the first place?"

Primarily infrastructure as it depends on Ukraine for water (after Russian invasion the water was shut off and (with the usual Russian mismanagement) it turned into an ecological disaster.

Also all the people I've known from Crimea (not a big group admittedly) claimed Ukrainian as a native language so the Russian myth about it being entirely Russian is just that... a myth.

Also the population with the longest standing in the area (Crimean Tatars) preferred Ukrainian rule.

And in 1994 Russia agreed to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Strzelec35

that makes sense. Ill tell them that see what they say,.

mafketis
4 Apr 2022  #7476

see what they say,.

probably a lot of suka blad this and suka blad that....

Also (anecdotal from a Ukrainian). All the people that had adjusted to life after communism had no problem with being part of Ukraine, the only ones really wanting to be annexed to Russia were the welfare dependent classes who wanted bigger handouts (similarity with PiS voters in Poland.... is not by chance).

just as Germany did not commit war crime

When did Germany "not commit war crime"?

Novichok
4 Apr 2022  #7478

And in 1994 Russia agreed to respect the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

And then after the 2014 "revolution" disagreed.

the Russian myth about it being entirely Russian is just that... a myth.

...and the referendum with observers and all subsequent polls - all fake. Those Russians are amazing...

When did Germany "not commit war crime"?

Germany never committed war crimes. Did your or BB's parents commit war crimes?

no theyre american or canadian or british right wingers on niggas in space.

after the 2014 "revolution" disagreed.

More proof that no Russian government can be trusted to honor agreements.

referendum with observers and all subsequent polls - all fake

Essentially yes, one region had more 'yes' votes than inhabitants....

Those Russians are amazing...

Truth (like human life itself) is not held in high regard in Russia...

This is really getting beyond stupid right now.

Strzelec35
4 Apr 2022  #7483

Ok here was their response maf or the same guy I quoted earlier his response to you from niggas in space:

"1. Ukraine cut off the water after the annexation. They dammed the Dniper which caused the unnatural ecological disaster out of spite

2. Russia is much more prevalently spoken in Crimea

3. Tatars which make up 8-10% of population feel they are treated unfairly because they have frequently collaborated with Russias enemies over the years. If I recall they were forcibly relocated there as well (or perhaps they were forcibly relocated off Crimea). It's unfortunate that Russia treats them as second class citizens but they are pretty stupid and stubborn about their relationship with Russia."

Lithuania kicks out Russian ambassador and withdraws their ambassador from Moscow...

That Polish reading comprehension

I'm not Polish. I'm surprised you can't remember that simple fact. And you're wriggling as usual. Wriggle, deflect, ignore.

They learned this from us.

Are you talking about American politics - again?

And what relevance does that idea have to... anything? Or are you admitting you have no positive defense of Russian actions?

Dont read just the highlights of stories, do the background. edition.cnn.com/2022/03/31/investing/russia-ruble-putin/index.html If not for trading restrictions the ruble would be back in the toilet, and when trading resumes on a normal level, Russia will be done.

Strzelec35
4 Apr 2022  #7488

"Russia will be done."

more of ur made up bullshet? who else is saying this besides this moron above? are you some genius no one hired or knew existed or are you just making things up?

hey maf another one or the main two guys the second guys answered this to you:

"1. Crimea has been Russian since the 16th century, and the only reason it was under Ukrainian stewardship is because Kruschev was a drunk (the transfer was even illegal under the Soviet Union's constitution)

2. Literally the only industry it has is the Soviet/Russian naval base, which has been maintained by Russia since its foundation

3. The Crimea has run referendums off and on to return to Russia for the last 30 years or so, every time voting with over 80% for it, every time ignored by Kiev"

But they are all drunk, all of the time.

Just like Yeltsin was drunk when he said Poland could join NATO (not that it's up to him)

I also make bad decisions when I am drunk - which is why I avoid it before big meetings

This is really getting beyond stupid right now.

If you start thinking like a lawyer instead of a dumb housewife you will better comprehend what I write.
But, since my patience is close to infinity... Who was on trial in Nuremberg - Germany or some Germans? In case you forgot, Germany was showered with American money because it was not Germany that committed war crimes. If you want to know who did, google Nuremberg. Very educational.

...every time voting with over 80% for it, every time ignored by Kiev...

That was Strzelec I like. Good job, man.

"Just like Yeltsin was drunk when he said Poland could join NATO (not that it's up to him)"

Imagine if Putin was in power then. Todays Ukraine would be Poland back then with the death squads and all. This is why these right wing or nationalist polaks like their bouncers or sport fans or mma people like ruzalik rozal or whatever or these older women in late 40s on up i keep trying t fuk in clubs and sympatia who have some weird hidden agendas or are gold digger nationalist blondes knew the truth.

brand new news guy Orban won and Putin congratulated him:

tvn24.pl/swiat/rosja-wladimir-putin-gratuluje-viktorowi-orbanowi-zwyciestwa-partii-w-wyborach-parlamentarnych-5662258

to change the topic a bit, what would hypothetically happen do you guys think if germany and russia or putin and whoever comes into power next in germany decide to invade and divide poland again? would article 5 come into play when a nato country attacks another?

Tacitus
4 Apr 2022  #7492

Germany or some Germans?

Germany. Nuremberg and other trials afterwards established that the crimes were systematically planned and demanded by the political and military leadership of the country and carried out and assisted by every level below the leadership. It has been established that in those cases responsibilty can be attributed to a country, like in any other legal capacity.

thinking like a lawyer

It is really too bad that will never speak with a lawyer who specializes in international law. His reaction to your opinion might be very illuminating.

by the political and military leadership of the country

There you go. Yeah..."leadership of the country". Very good! Under my guidance, you are getting smarter and smarter.

assisted by every level below the leadership.

That's a BS line. "Every level" would include paperboys as Nazi propaganda disseminators and the janitors cleaning latrines at the SS headquarters.
Take a pill.

But no sugar.

Sugar kills.

An individual who is not a lawful combatant,

Cute..."Not a lawful combatant" can mean a random tourist in shorts and with a camera. It can also mean a guy with an AK under his coat who shoots when possible and hides said AK under said coat to mingle with moms and babies. That guy should be shot on the spot or given a Romanian-style, 5-minute trial. What else should a tank crew do? Take him in and give him lunch or let him continue playing Rambo? Duh!

Atch

That's not what the Geneva Convention says - contrary to what you intimated in your original post. Wriggling as usual.

What else should a tank crew do?

Hide in the bushes picking off fleeing civilian cars? Murder journalists? Plenty of things to keep them busy and productive.

Novichok
4 Apr 2022  #7499

Hide in the bushes picking off fleeing civilian cars? Murder journalists?

Wiggling....Do you have a mirror?

One more time:

Shoot "civilians" with AKs. You want to be treated as a civilian? Simple. Don't carry an AK. Case closed.

Geneva Convention may also require Miranda, lawyers, and medical care. Tough sh*it. Don't carry an AK and all else is moot.

Tacitus
4 Apr 2022  #7500

Stop inventing things. There is no evidence whatsoever that any of the murdered people were armed. Even if they were, executing them would still be a war crime.

One more time: If you disarm someone one, bind him and then execute him you are commiting murder.

Or perhaps in terms even you can understand. If someone breaks into your house, you may shoot him under self-defence. If he surrenders, has his hand tied behind his back and you force him to kneel and shoot him in the head unprovoked, then you are commiting murder.
