Primarily infrastructure as it depends on Ukraine for water (after Russian invasion the water was shut off and (with the usual Russian mismanagement) it turned into an ecological disaster.

Also all the people I've known from Crimea (not a big group admittedly) claimed Ukrainian as a native language so the Russian myth about it being entirely Russian is just that... a myth.

Germany. Nuremberg and other trials afterwards established that the crimes were systematically planned and demanded by the political and military leadership of the country and carried out and assisted by every level below the leadership. It has been established that in those cases responsibilty can be attributed to a country, like in any other legal capacity.
