Hey, a-hole, how about not getting personal? On the other hand, it means that you are out of arguments. So to give you something to chew on, did you know that 1000+ Ukrainian Marines surrendered to the Russian army just now and that the clean-up in Mariupol is almost done?

Strangely, all of them had the same first name - Stasio or Stasiek. Not sure. Those damn cowards, instead of fighting to the last man, just folded like a cheap tent. Not very original but it fits so well.

No confirmed and pictures only show a dozen or so not in uniform, so could be misinformation...

And again, what makes you think the Russians weren't planning on killing a lot of people had they won? Why else would they bring portable crematoriums and tens of thousands of body bags (and kill-lists) for a campaign they thouhgt would last less than a week?

Surrendering would have just made it easier for them to kill more people (the real plan as Russian state tv keeps making clear)....

let us be realistic here, russia will take 'donbas' as as in donesk and luhansk areas. they will get kharkiv and maybe odessa. it will take many months of bloody warfare. but these invading scum have the capability. what i don't understand is the west inability or maybe cowardice in letting ukraine fighters die to the death without getting supplied what they need. (tanks, migs, s300s etc) and training them in the high end western tech, i'm sure its happening in secret but why not let it be known? it is a proxy war after all. why are the west such pussies? why wait till the inevitable russian onslaught in the next few weeks before you react? what is happening in marioupol is a stain and a shame on the west.

how can i be optimistic when the half the west are a bunch of middle class cowards that will not put up with an inch of discomfort, as in putting on a sweater for the next month to strangle russian economy ie gas sanctions and a bit of gas shortage to stop the war? ie rationing for citizens but keep german industry going? the sanctions are not doing much, the only thing feeding the russian economy is gas sales to europe, cut that by 30-50 and thats KO

Khariv and Odessa are several times larger than Mariupol and have been significantly fortified. I would not count on the Russians being able to take them with the forces they have currently at their disposal.

with the new general that was in charge of the syrian operation they are about to triple their forces in the east. yes several times larger, nothing that grads and cluster bombs can't raze to the ground.
