The Russians have now released a video of of Aslin and his British comrade Shaun Pinner asking to be exchanged for Medvedchuk. Meanwhile Ukraine have released video of His Nibs asking to be exchanged for Ukrainian troops and cvilians in Mariupol. No, not so harsh. Most Serbs are lukewarm about RuSSia - I read a recent independent poll - 20% support RuSSia, 13% are against, the rest so vast majority prefer to remain neutral, just like in Yugoslavia times when Yugos had good relations both with the West and the USSR. That is their traditional approach which they want to keep and we should respect it.

@pawian, it's not about buying gas, but about moral condemnation of Russia. Serbia isn't even dependant on Russian resources, I think. Poland and Germany condemned Russia for what it's doing to Ukraine. I'm guessing that Serbs don't condemned it, if they're "neutral"?

Official Serbia said that respect and recognize Ukraine`s sovereignty but won`t introduce sanctions on Russia. Hungary did both but, no matter NATO member, won`t take part in arming of Ukraine.
