Finally, he also knows that in about 1989 a caveat was added to the North Atlantic Treaty that stipulated that any country which has a border conflict cannot join NATO.

There is evidence now of Russian troops not withdrawing, but advancing. Evidence now of more blood supplies being sent to those encampments. Evidence now of field hospitals in Belarus waiting for casualties to come in. But you know, who care about images collected from private business.
