mafketis

why Russia still didn't disable all the communications and electric supply in Kiev?

Surely they need your military knowledge... it's not too late to try to reach them!

This war...

ah Soviets. That war. So not war against Russia.

See, there is slight difference. Russia itself was ruined back then.

@GefreiterKania, this is a quote from the article that I linked to in my previous post:

Według szacunków amerykańskiego wywiadu Rosjanie użyli jak dotąd ok 50 tys. ze 150 tys. zgromadzonego na granicach z Ukrainą wojska.

According to the US intelligence the Russians used so far around one third of their forces that were amassed at the Ukrainian border. There's still two thirds left...

I support 100% the Russian intervention in Ukraine.

It was high time somebody finally took action and put a stop to the American Empire expansion into Eastern Europe. American soldiers have no business being here 15,000 km away from their country's borders.

"It is a fact that over the past 30 years we have been patiently trying to come to an agreement with the leading NATO countries regarding the principles of equal and indivisible security in Europe. In response to our proposals, we invariably faced either cynical deception and lies or attempts at pressure and blackmail, while the North Atlantic alliance continued to expand despite our protests and concerns. Its military machine is moving and, as I said, is approaching our very border."

President Putin = Hero, Legend, Patriot, World's Greatest Statesman, Leader of the Free Countries of the World!!!

I woke up this morning thinking how western Europe, Rome, Greeks, how all they hate Slavs. I understand that. They are greed and jealous. But how did they dare to think they would rule us eternally. How they dare. And how they now feel when their false world crumbling around them.

The only hope for Ukraine is to come to an agreement with Russia. Give them the two regions with extended borders, but never back off EU membership. If they give away everything, Ukraine will for all intents and purposes cease to exist.

I admire the Ukraine people for fighting so well against such odds. If they can take out Russians by a 2 or 3 to 1 ratio they could actually win.

As I came home from the gym this morning, lots of Ukraine men heading to the train station to go home to fight. That takes a level of courage no Russian will ever know.

@Crnogorac3
We know you support it. And we support the death of every Russian who supports it. Next..

"insomniac-ugly: Thank you for support! I am literally reblogging this from Kyiv in between of Russian attacks!"

It was high time somebody finally took action and put a stop to the American Empire expansion into Eastern Europe.

Thanks for confirming that it isn't really about Russians in Donbas and Luhansk, but about Putin's ambitions and power plays.

American soldiers have no business being here 15,000 km away from their country's borders.

They have business to be wherever they're being invited to.

That`s the whole point. Its Slavic tragedy that strangers rejoice after they created chaos and Slavs goes to fight Slavs for foreign interests.

Good man, Pawian. This is one thing that we all can do - pray for the war to end,

Absolutely. I've been praying too - and we just ordered a Ukrainian flag which we're going to hang from our balcony alongside the Polish flag. Just a gesture and of no practical help I know, but let's show solidarity with Ukraine in whatever way each one of us can. Also, we'll have a chance in the coming weeks to do what we can to help the refugees who will be coming here.

I believe all EU countries should expel Russian ambassadors and diplomatic staff immediately. And Russian trolls/propagandists should be silenced. I say that those forum members spewing Russian propaganda on this forum should be banned immediately. Why is the forum administration giving them a voice?

I believe all EU countries should expel Russian ambassadors and diplomatic staff immediately.

Where were you and Paulina when the US put half of the Middle East on fire as well as North Africa? Did you demand the same treatment for American diplomats then? Ofcourse not, becase what was happening in those places was so far away but what is happening now is more closer to home. Both of you are nothing but hypocrites as your double standards clearly point out.

Why is the forum administration giving them a voice?

thesaker.is/address-by-the-president-of-the-russian-federation-february-24-2022/

Because the truth and justice are on our side.

Anyone who disagrees with President Putin's above statement is either an American or an American boot-licker.

@Atch
Good question Atch. I have been wondering this myself.

@Crnogorac3
They had Bin Laden, They had the ability to build dirty nukes, it was a dictatorship, they used chemical weapons on their own people. All facts. Your pu$$y Putin cant handle facts, like you cant. So he makes up lies to justify his own egotistical wants. He is a back ally punk who got into his position by luck and one day he may be another body drug through the streets with people spitting on his dead body. That is the fate that likely awaits this sub human.

Not only diplomats should be expelled. All Russians in ever nation should be kicked out immediately, or renounce Russian citizenship to never return. Dont come to the West for a better life and then try to $hit on the West. Get out, just leave and go back to mother russia and starve.

Both of you are nothing but hypocrites

You don't know anything about either of us. I can't speak for Paulina. Where was I? I was in Ireland and there has always been a very vocal anti-war lobby in Ireland. There were years of protest outside the American embassy in Ireland.

irishtimes.com/news/thousands-protest-against-war-at-us-embassy-1.467505

The Irish government has always held a pro-Palestine stance too.

aljazeera.com/news/2021/6/7/whats-behind-irelands-support-for-palestine

Go away and educate yourself and stop making ignorant assumptions.

All Russians in ever nation should be kicked out immediately,

I don't agree with that. Ordinary Russian people shouldn't be persecuted because of their government's actions.

Paulina
26 Feb 2022  #1905

Where were you and Paulina

I was still young then, but I was against Bush's invasion on Iraq, because before it happened I watched a documentary in which a guy from an Iraqi opposition said that invasion would be a bad idea and he explained why. Everything he said got fulfilled later on, unfortunately. And so in the first elections I took part in I voted for a party (the Civic Platform - PO) that promised to take out Polish soldiers from Iraq. But the premature withdrawal of coalition forces turned out to be another mistake - it gave rise to ISIS.

Btw, that documentary was shown on cable TV - on Planete channel. I'm pretty sure majority of Poles didn't see it.

The thing is, thanks to the freedom of speech Americans and Poles and the media in our countries can criticize the governments who make mistakes. Thanks to this we can at least learn on those mistakes and draw conclusions. We can debate stuff. I can't see that in Russia.

And yesterday I've read that Russians are going to be punished for using non-state media. I asked Velund two times if it's true, but he didn't answer.

It's a start....

Netherlands and Czech Republic announce arms delivery to Ukraine

The Netherlands will deliver 200 anti-aircraft missiles to Ukraine. The government informed the parliament in The Hague. The government is responding to a request from Ukraine. The so-called Stinger missiles can hit airplanes and helicopters, for example.

The Netherlands had already agreed to the delivery of weapons and military goods last week. These included 100 sniper rifles with 30,000 pieces of ammunition, as well as radars and mine detectors. Part of it was sent on Saturday, the rest should follow as soon as possible.

The Czech Republic has also announced that it will deliver weapons and ammunition worth 7.6 million euros to Ukraine. These are machine guns, assault rifles and other light weapons....

Let's get it rolling....

And that:

British Minister: Russian invasion not going according to plan

According to the British government, the Russian invasion of Ukraine will be slowed down by fierce resistance from Ukrainian troops. The fighting in the capital Kiev has so far been limited to "very isolated sections with Russian special forces and paratroopers," said British Defense Minister James Heappey.

The armed columns approaching Kiev are still a long way from the capital. It looks like the Russian plan isn't going anywhere according to plan, Heappey said. This indicates that Russian President Vladimir Putin was ill-advised.....

The Czech Republic

Such small countries and yet they're contributing... They have my respect!

Let's get it rolling....

Yup. Keep it going. The more the better.

This indicates that Russian President Vladimir Putin was ill-advised.....

Let's hope so... I'd be careful though about being too optimistic... It's always better to be prepared for the worst.

Yes, they could. Personally I think uou need guerilla warfare tactics when you're outnumbered. That's basically how the Irish defeated the Brits in the War of Indpendence but it took a couple of years.

Let's get it rolling....

If you want to help directly you can send donations to Army SOS. Army SOS uses donated funds to help purchase supplies for the Ukrainian military, including ammunition, shields and food. Instructions on how to donate can be found here.

And here is a list of other reputable organizations that you can send money to:

To put this clown who couldn't make any decisions himself and was told what to do, who was only a puppet on a wire & who was under the control of the Deep State together in the same sentence with a leader like Putin who is an educated man, a true patriot, smart & brave, intelligent & courageus is blasphemy in itself.

Any Russian not publicly denouncing these actions should be sent packing. Sorry. Don't come here if you are not ready to support everyone here. You can't have it both ways. A better life while supporting Russia is not how it works. If you have a family and you came here for them, then you need to denounce Russia completely.

I have done my part today. While many have said I am a profiteer or only concerned with money, I donated a bunch today to help Ukraine people and to get Polish doctors to Ukraine on a humanitarian mission. I hope everyone does at least something to help.

@Crnogorac3
Putin educated? LMFAO HE is a thug from the streets. Orphaned at 10 and adopted. A man who has rewritten his own personal history to fit a narrative. His real mother, alive and well at 90 in Georgia. Like Stalin he has forgotten he isn't even Russian, he is Georgian. Get to know your leaders real history before talking.

@Paulina

People who have actually been through a war, we see things differently than those who haven't. We are better aware about lies, deceptions, fabrications, open manipulations and war propaganda, after seeing things with our own two eyes and then seeing how those same events were completely misrepresented & distorted being shown on CNN & BBC.

The people who caused this war are thousands of kilometers away, accross the Atlantic. Ukrainians are only pawns on a chessboard, somebody else from a far is pulling the strings and playing the moves.

@PolAmKrakow

If I had to go to a war, I would take a leader like Putin who won the war in Chechnya, who crushed the Georgian army in a single day, who destroyed ISIS in Syria any time of the day over being led by a jewish comedian.

Putin who won the war in Chechnya

Putin who orderdered to level Grozny - Putin, who led a 100 million people nation against a nation of 1 million - Putin, who most probably engineered a casus belli against Chechnya in the first place

You are clearly not aware that your leader did not destroy ISIS. Your Russian a$$es were kicked out of the middle east multiple times. Your army is a joke. They cant even defeat Ukraine citizens. They have yet to take a major city and its been three days. Your country is a joke. Your leader is a con man. Your Russian people are dying in the streets of Ukraine for nothing. Russian blood that you value so much is being spilled in the streets where these same people didnt even know they existed until they arrived. Your government is an absolute puppet show. It is Russia that caused this war, no one else. Paranoid Putin caused this war. Now all Russians will pay for it for years. Never again will the West let its guard down. And when SWIFT is shut off in the coming days your country will wither away like dead fruit on a vine. The world will not miss Russia one bit. We, the civilized will move on, and when Russians beg for their freedom once again like before, I hope the West takes their time before answering the call.

Fair play, Atch. *thumbs up*

I've just come back from Gdynia - I took this photo there...

Gdynia City Hall

... the banner says "Gdynia stands with free Ukraine". The building is Gdynia's City Hall. Besides, there are Polish and Ukrainian flags on all the buses in Tricity. Small gestures but important for our Ukrainian minority here. Hopefully, this is the beginning of a new chapter in Polish-Ukrainian relations - birth of a true brotherhood.

Now the german GREENS get into trouble....

Russia's war calls Germany's coal and nuclear phase-out into question

spiegel.de/wirtschaft/russlands-krieg-stellt-deutschen-kohle-und-atomausstieg-infrage-a-beb2e071-81a3-4199-b676-0d6e295a4edd

In view of the war in Ukraine and the threatening scenario of a lack of gas deliveries from Russia, there is again a dispute in Germany about the phase-out of coal and nuclear power. Green Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock warned on Friday on ARD television that there would be "massive collateral damage" if Russia was excluded from the Swift banking network, through which the financial institutions process their payment transactions. This could also endanger the German energy supply. "Anything we could do to stop this madness, we would. But we also have to make sure that we don't choose instruments that Putin ends up laughing at because they hit us much harder," says Baerbock.....

Well....the old green dilemma.....saving the world vs real politik!

Gas create more CO2 than coal. They are delusional.
If Germany doesn't act with the swift issue soon they are Russian allies.

Hopefully, this is the beginning of a new chapter in Polish-Ukrainian relations - birth of a true brotherhood.

Hope, I understand but I doubt that would have any effects that are good for Poland.
