Poland should adopt it coz we were the first country in the world which acknowledged the Ukrainian declaration of independence in 1991. And if you say A, you should go on to B. So simple, isn`t it?

After yesterday`s scandal, Konfederacja MPs realised their resistance to the declaration meant a symbolic support for Putin`s politics and they decided to vote for it, except only one of their members. All other MPs voted for.

Pawian, how do you know that geography is not the only reason poland and ukraine dont share the same fate? you claim when Russia was weak in the 90s poland was able to do it and go to nato and not ukraine but how do u know only because russia didnt care about poland and no one wanted its territory really even back then? Basically, it is very simple to avoid a war.
When US officials and allied media voices permit themselves to drop "Wag the Dog" theatrics and entertain the possibility of constraining US power, the Ukraine crisis no longer appears so dramatically dangerous.

Putin's "bottom line" in this conflict is straightforward: "obtain a pledge to stop Ukraine from joining NATO as well as one that the US and NATO will never place offensive weapons that threaten Russia's security in Ukrainian territory."
