Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades

Vincent

And what is the sentiment of all those body bags of young Russian boys coming home or is that not put on Russian t.v. ?

I've seen this reported a couple of times. Apparently, Putin doesn't want irate mothers taking to the streets like they did back in 2014, when their sons returned in body bags, from the last invasion. telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2022/02/23/russia-deploys-mobile-crematorium-follow-troops-battle/

This could prove dangerous for Poland;

kyivpost.com/ukraine-politics/ukraines-depleted-airforce-to-receive-70-additional-fighter-jets-from-east-european-countries.html

If Ukrainian fighter jets are attacking Russians from bases in Poland, would Russia attack those bases?

Why spend money when you have a dumb cop working for you for free.

As I see it now it wasn't mainly done to save money and let the USians bleed for us but rather our part of the deal about the NATO Osterweiterung. Russia let eastern countries join NATO and we demilitarized ourselves in turn.

It was a curious deal, I admit....but it worked for many years....till it didn't anymore!

Whatever the reason, it was brilliant.

till it didn't anymore!

Because the US swamp always needs new targets and missions to justify NATO's existence - like fish needs water and I need my PC.

BTW, I recall that the British Ministry of Colonies was in full operation long after they shed the last one.

Brilliant for whom?

For Germany. Smart.

I remember a big wig saying back then:

"For the first time in history Germany is surrounded by friends and allies!"

Yeah...seems like a good time....

To bad the Ukrainians are now paying the bloody price for that!

I wonder how things change now that the EU has accepted Ukraine as a member.

Bratwurst Boy
1 Mar 2022  #2740

It isn't a member yet!

To synchronize economies needs years....and at least a full session in Brussels, with all actual members voting in favour...

Some Balkan countries are in the process since 2003 (with no real chance ever to join IMHO).

But it is a sure sign that things have changed, till a week back not even such a possibility had been realistic!

Another (more real) variant - Poland and Baltic countries surrender their NATO membership and return everything to 1997 conditions.

I have a better one. Let go back to historical borders in that case Russia should hand over Belarus and Smolensk to Poland.
O! and Kaliningrad too!

Oh, OK! You freaking Europeans and your political orgs are confusing. :D

So what was today's vote all about?

Bratwurst Boy
1 Mar 2022  #2743

So what was today's vote all about?

That a membership is now on the table....that the accession program could start!

Unthinkable just a week back....

PS: Compare that with Turkey, another country which since years wants to become a member but has no chance....it will never get the votes to be accepted in.

Russia blocked strangers to sell their property in Russia.

Ha, I see where this go. They took Chelsie club to a Russian, he is compensated by British shares in for example Gazprom. Go Russia, penisize them.

Ukraine is one of us and we want them in EU, Ursula von der Leyen tells Euronews

euronews.com/2022/02/27/ukraine-is-one-of-us-and-we-want-them-in-eu-ursula-von-der-leyen-tells-euronews

Yes, come to EU and spend the rest of your miserable lives paying 1,000 euros rent a week for a dirty mattress in a two bedroomed flat, after driving for three hours to the meat factory and back. Such fun.

@Crow
You are retarded. He received no compensation for getting off the Chelsea board. He can not travel anywhere and is now essentially a prisoner in his gilded English palace. Perfect result for all oligarchs.

Russia did block all those sales, and now people will just abandon the property. Oh well, its a business loss to write off on American taxes and offset tax paid on foreign investments. But you wouldn't know about that because you are a serb dirt farmer.

Lots of Americans and Canadians volunteering to go to Ukraine and fight. Spoke to my brother and he said almost his whole militia group has already contacted the Ukraine embassy and is packing to go. See, when you have freedom to fight for, you just fight. Some of you trolls can never understand that because you are nothing to no one.

@Crnogorac3
At least they will have Euro's and not the toilet paper Ruble. How's that $hiT sandwich mommy made you today?

@Velund

Are you seriously saying in #2713 that intel of planned Lugansk shelling forced Putin to invade Ukraine?

You must surely be joking. Remember that the world saw your infamous "victory statement", so we know that it had nothing to do with either Lugansk or NATO but rather with the "gathering of Russian lands", restoring the empire etc.

I can only imagine how happy are the Germanics to accept Slavs of Ukraine and assimilate them, merge them with Turks and Arabs and turn them into improved Germanics. They rejoice in their misery.

This is hunt.

He admitted that himself, Geffi.

The legal needs and steps to become a member of the EU:

eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=LEGISSUM%3Al14536&lang1=EN&from=DE&lang3=EN&lang2=EN&_csrf=52a5b9db-892e-44ac-9ee9-fc63c6e3888f

IMHO Ukraine moved now onto "Candidate status", thats alot but all.....there is nothing sudden or immediate in that process!

AntV

OK, so it may very well just be a gesture of solidarity with Ukraine during its current existential crisis. Whew, I thought the bleeding hearts were running around unchecked infected the whole EU!

Bratwurst Boy
1 Mar 2022  #2752

Nah.....this here is about hard MONEY!!!!

Look alone at these points:

- a functioning market economy and the capacity to cope with competition and market forces in the EU;

- the ability to take on and implement effectively the obligations of membership, including the aims of political, economic and monetary union.

That will take YEARS!

Cojestdocholery

Spoke to my brother and he said almost his whole militia group

I guess they have their own gear?

The legal needs and steps to become a member of the EU:

Being a member of the EU brings nothing to the table. That declaration has a political impact and import nothing more. They still need to win that war.

Bratwurst Boy
1 Mar 2022  #2754

That definitely!

A russian fiefdom will never be allowed to join....

Crnogorac3
1 Mar 2022  #2755

OWH, Dutch people vote against that!!!

The referendum was valid: the turnout was roughly 32.3%, and the treaty was rejected with 61% of voters voting against it, and 38.2% of voters voting for it.

Yeah....Ukraine was not seen as an EU member anytime soon....Putin's war changed everything!

In March 2016, President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker stated that it would take at least 20-25 years for Ukraine to join the EU and NATO.[219] In June 2018, President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said he expects Ukraine will join the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation by 2030.

In 2021, Ukraine was preparing to formally apply for EU membership in 2024, in order to join the European Union in the 2030s.[225]

To synchronize economies needs years....and at least a full session in Brussels, with all actual members voting in favour...

Not only that...It's a fact that the more members in the club the less value in belonging. Just imagine the whole world being in the EU. Back to square one.

I remember one guy saying way back that the biggest mistake Poles made was not joining the communist party - all of them - and, thus, making PZPR meaningless.

Bratwurst Boy

Just imagine the whole world being in the EU

No chance....even Turkey isn't seen as Europe anymore!

Actually Ukraine with it's deep rooted corruption and it's entanglement with Russia hasn't been seen as fully european either....till now....

(I think the perceived borders of Europe go for most people along Polands and the Baltics borders...that's it...even the Balkan, besides Croatia, has a big question mark)

Novichok

deep rooted corruption and it's entanglement with Russia

I hope Europe will take a very deep breath and will not act on the emotion of the day. See: naked crying girl in Vietnam.

If anything, you should expel bums like Greece.
