Trust to anything that was even close to current western "elites" is below zero in Russia now, so the only guarantees of any agreements is Russian soldier standing on a some land.

I'm with Velund here. You can't sell to the Russian population at this point that all this was to get Crimea recognized and some autonomy for Donbass. Kherson People's Republic will definitely be added to Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics. Zaporozhye likely also, but this is subject to some debate. Ideally, Odessa, since this would give a continuous stretch of land from Russia to Moldova, and cut off Ukraine from the sea.

There won't be any 5 years of bloody war. The U.S. can't sustain this Ukrainian black hole for that long. And the flow of money will be stopped in November anyway. So the Dems are stealing everything they can right now and feeding the military equipment manufacturers as much as they can. They have no chance of holding on to power this time, and no chance of getting it back in the foreseeable future. After that they will need to have something to eat, and they will need to use remaining time to earn warm seats in major corporations.

The civil war, which began in the mid-20th century and was frozen by the Soviet regime, must be ended completely. If Poland will take Kresy, debanderization will be polish duty, I think it will be counted as denazification by Russia.

BTW: Poland has declared its desire to destroy the configuration that was once agreed upon in Yalta. Maybe Poland will still get the Kresy... But it will have to negotiate with the GDR about Pomerania with Danzig, the gifts of Yalta without Yalta itself are no longer irrevocable gifts.
