Russian Federation has the moral upperhand of never have used nukes for defensive or offensive actions. If their threatening continues, then they will eventually be forced to use it one way or another. Otherwise it will lose it's serriousness, and when that happends. They will most likely be seen worse then U.S.A using nukes on Japan for a number of reasons:

1. Most people know now of the long-term consequences of nukes.

2. U.S.A used them in a world war to stop it and avoid further military losses. While Russia seen as using it only to be taken seriously and as a power move.

3. As Russia would be the most recent nuclear power launching nuclear warheads, most states in the world either succumb to Russian military capabilities but, secretly work against it or joining NATO formally or creating second, third or fourth military alliances/coalitions with main purpose to co-operate vs Russia.

Other nuclear states in the world would gain allies and stronger connections.

This kind of scenario fits all other nuclear states quite a lot. Especially U.S.A if Russia used nuclear rockets on Ukraine

What do you expect from Russian soldiers? Savagery and attacks on civilians is all they know....

Well, the "Azov battalion" (the largest battalion in military history - they are in every school and hospital Russia bombs) lie is so worn and tired that nobody else will ever fall for that again, you're right. They will have to come up with something new... I don't know... weapons sent by the West were kept there? Geez, it's difficult to be a Russian propagandist - imagine the number of lies they have to come up with every day!

The house in Kiev that was allegedly hit today is the same building in the "Lvovsky Kvartal" residential complex that was hit by a missile on April 29 (IIRC it was a Ukrainian Buk launched at an airborne target but deviated from its trajectory due to malfunction). Don't know what hit this building this time - again Buk launched from inside the city or debris from shot down Kalibr...

At that time, the first floors of the building on the left were blown apart, and now it hit a part of the building on the right. After the hit on April 29, the house is empty. Scenes with "casualties" is most likely staged or taken from materials not related to this particular buildiing.

Hit by what? If the Caliber had hit that building, there would have been a pile of rubble instead of a damaged building as we can see it . It was most likely a Buk anti-aircraft warhead with ~30kg of TNT, not a Caliber with 200-450 (depending on the modification).

And... It looks like this particular building was unlucky to get TWO hits in 2 months... But if you take a closer look at the surrounding area, it's clear that it's not all that "accidental". The next building is a factory named after Artem, producing air-to-air missiles and the like. Definitely a military facility, and it was hit today.

What I think it was ukrainian Buk, launched at last moment in hope to hit incoming Kalibr that already started to descend on the target. Missile computer calculated point of intercept (that actually was already below the ground, but missile does not have terrain database so it use just directions and speeds in calculations). So, Kalibr hit a building on Artem factory territory and Buk that tried to intercept it hit building next to Artem factory. Again...

The attack was launched across the country, and Russian bombers 'worked' directly from the territory of Belarus.

Think. If happen nuclear war, even if not in full, in only 1/4 of total potential, would it matter to you or to anybody else why that even started? Does it matter?
