Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 2

Velund
4 Jul 2022  #6331

So don't.

It has become a kind of addiction. I came to this forum to offer my condolences when the Smolensk birch won in a clash with Polish stubbornness. After a while I realized that this was Poland's greatest chance to change the fate of Eastern Europe. Now I see that this chance is shamefully fcuked up and Poles are no more masters at own home than Bulgarians are in Bulgaria, and only slightly more than Ukrainians are in Ukraine.

Stick to the topic please

The ukrainian lunacy grows stronger: a petition (petition.president.gov.ua/petition/141740) appeared on President Zelensky's website demanding that the monument to Catherine the Great in Odessa be demolished and replaced with a monument to Billy Herrington, an American actor of the 90s, known for his roles in pron movies about tough male love.

According to the petition's author, this will allow for another act of rejection of Russian heritage, signal of support for the LGBT community, and it's also "fun and laughable." At the time of publication, the petition had already collected over 13,000 signatures out of the 25 needed.

That is, it is not enough for the ugly raguls already to tear down the monument of the founder of the city, loved by the people of Odessa, and it is required to replace it with something disgusting and humiliating. They are having fun, you see, they are laughing, a$$holes.

But Poland should provide aid to Bandera-loving raguls, whatever they do... No one is allowed to jump out of a wagon accelerating toward a cliff.

when the Smolensk birch won in a clash with Polish stubbornness.

What you call Polish stubbornness is a hard earned Polish lesson of political attitude of pre-partition times of Polish politics and pre-ww2 European politics.

Never again will Poland accept foreign dictates, as they all only lead to the ruin of Poland and it's chopping up.

Russia had a real good moment before partitions to shine among Slavic nations, pity that it's greed took the reigns.

I wish Russia could been an example, it doesn't seem remotely possible nowadays

Russia is winning

And what does Russia 'winning' look like?

"About 90% of the population has left the city, 90% of infrastructure has been damaged, there is no water and gas, also problems with electricity"

twitter.com/nexta_tv/status/1543914514852331520

Russia is no longer trying for control but for depopulation = genocide.

Russia won't stop. It must be stopped.

It must be stopped.

Go ahead.

"About 90% of the population has left the city, 90% of infrastructure has been damaged, there is no water and gas, also problems with electricity"

We all know how the Allies won WW2 so no sense in repeating the story.

the monument to Catherine the Great

So you saying that Catherine the Great dindu nuffin' wrong? Dully noted Comrade. Poles butchered in Warsaw of 1794 would disagree.

What about Ivan the Terrible, Stalin's role model? Peter the Great, a guy who killed or tortured everyone not willing to take part in his modernization project - another example of great Russkie leader.

That's the problem with tzars. They were either mindless tyrants, like Ivan or modernists and tyrants like Peter and Catherine.

There was noone decent on that throne since the 16th Century at least.

LMFAO you are incredible. The absolute lack of understanding that Russia will be a shell of a military when this war is over. They will have nothing left. Fighting Poland would be a losing proposition, nothing will happen here from Russia. Tough talk from you and the others really is funny. Russia has not beaten Ukraine in 4 months. They are running out of everything and having to get Soviet era ammo from Belarus, and they just grabbed a bunch of tanks from the 70's that were supposed to go to Syria. LMFAO the Russian army is a joke.

Winning looks like letting tens of thousands of Russian soldiers rot in body bags in Ukraine.

From your point of view, From a point of view of an avarage Russian Ivan the Terrible and Stalin are seen as the greatest rules of Russia.

What you call Polish stubbornness is a hard earned Polish lesson of political attitude

I will add to my notebook, to not forget. Lech Kaczynski did not send a drunken Polish Air Force commander, Andrzej Blasik, into the cockpit to influence the pilots' decision to land at an unfamiliar airfield in very difficult weather conditions. It was a test of a hard earned Polish lesson of political attitude.

view of an avarage Russian Ivan the Terrible and Stalin

Which says more about what kind of history is taught in Russia than anything else. Both rulers were terrible for Russia's long-term development. Come to think off it, that has been a constant with Russia's recent rulers as well.

Russians in Kherson looting truckloads of Ukrainian civilian goods.

The absolute lack of understanding that Russia will be a shell of a military when this war is over.

I always held you up as a positive exception among stupid PF Poles and now you are letting me down.
I mean who and why would be against a war that could inflict this kind of calamity on the enemy of Poland? Did you actually think things through before you posted the quoted sentence? I would be cheering Russia on and just watch them slash their own throat. Simple, isn't it?

Instead, all of you tactical geniuses, are doing your most damn to undercut their morale and to make them run home to rest and regroup.

I will add to my notebook, to not forget. Lech Kaczynski did not send a drunken Polish Air Force commander

Go easy on them. They may not catch your subtle sarcasm.

Both rulers were terrible for Russia's long-term development.

They were developed enough to beat the fu*ck out of you.

The entire civilized world knows that even $20 is a fortune for Russians who are ate their last hedgehog dick for a yesterday's supper. ;) ;)

Investigators already working with Nova Posta database that hackers downloaded recently. There was ukrainian "heros" that shipped tons of parcels to Western Ukraine from Donbass last couple of years. Mostly electronics and home appliances.

They were only trying to protect their property.

Yes, they should! NATO means stabiity and puts limits on stupid military aggression by raising the price.... it would be far better for russians if Ukraine had been in NATO already, their economy wouldn't be cratering and they might have a future - as it is.... not so very much....

PolAmKrakow

@Novichok
They actually should go home. The losses in men and material are staggering. But they wont, Putin's ego and twisted ambition wont allow it. So the war will go on. NATO countries will boost military spending while Russia continues to deplete its own. As I said in the very beginning of this thread, this little war will mean big money.

Yes. The west is in some ways using Ukraine. Yes, while heroic in tone Z really isn't that intelligent. He ignored all the warnings that the US gave him for months. Yes. Z is a little too demanding of the US and allies, and if he is not careful he will get talked to and told to shut up. That's just how these things work.

Again, Russia can not win. Even if they kept all the territory they control, the cost will not be worth the expense. Once the war does end, the sanctions will not. Russia is F'ed for many years. Until Putin is dead, nothing good will happen for Russia. So who is winning?

he ignored all the warnings that the US gave him for months

But did he? IIRC just before the invasion they had a diversion (publicizing troop movements) that fooled the Russians I had the idea the tactic was ignore in public but take measures behind the scenes...

Oh I catch it already, just that my pants aren't stained by any dirt he dreams of so much to happen. We all die one day, sooner or later. Russians trying to intimidate a Pole about possibility of giving him death? As a Pole I ask, is there anything else a Russian can offer?

When it comes to politics that is

Hey, can't you say whatever you want to say without dragging me into it? If you can't resist the temptation, at least quote what you are responding to.

That was great, PAK. I am actually proud of you. For a moment, when I caught that "ignore all the warnings", I thought you were referring to Putin and I was ready to pounce. But you were much better and smarter than that. Bravo.

So who is winning?

Good question, PAK, that deserves an answer.
I don't know who is and who will. I do know that it's not the lower 80%. We get the shaft regardless of the location, affiliation, sexual orientation, and other things that the globalist scum uses to make us into enemies.

You are on the roll today.

If a russian has it in Ukraine, the safe bet is "stolen", theft seems to be ingrained in every level of russian 'culture'...

steal mattress?

doesn't make sense to me or you (hopefully) but again... russians steal... it's what they do.

I have friends in Kiev, had one in Kherson, and a few others in Donetsk. Every one of them in Kiev said nothing was done until Russia crossed the border, then it was all hands on deck to build barriers and create a defense. My friend in Kherson who was forced to now be in Russia, said absolutely nothing was done until Russians crossed the border, and then he was forced to go on night patrols even though he is married with a small child. Friends in Donetsk, said similar things. Odessa is still not prepared according to people there. I am not being negative, I am pointing out that Z's inexperience left him and Ukraine ill prepared for this.

However, if Merkel wouldnt have been such a C u next tuesday, Ukraine would have been in NATO years ago. We would not be having a 500 + page discussion on this then.

@Novichok
I actually agree with you on much of the left wing BS. But, this imperialist BS is worse. Gays are going to be gay and there is a ton of them in Russia. The issue is Russia's "hey look at me" needs and their inferiority complex that keeps them cheating in sports, ripping off patents, and invading countries. They are so desperate to be great and be recognized that they F themselves repeatedly. Velund is a smart guy, but he is not representative of most Russians. Most I have met have been mental midgets. Russia should focus on itself, not on anything else.

I can still hate this invasion and support Ukraine WITHOUT hating Russia....

This invasion is happening because of the way Russia is as a country and because of the way Russians are as a nation and people, I'm afraid. So you can't really blame people for hating the whole package. Especially if they're Ukrainians, or have Ukrainian relatives or live in a country that borders with Russia and has been through the same thing that Ukraine is experiencing over... and over again. And they've been experiencing the same thing over and over again not because of Putin, but because of Russia... and it's people. Russia didn't change, Russians didn't change and I'm afraid Putin is just a manifestation of this.

Not "90% of buildings destroyed", but "90% of infrastructure has been damaged". It doesn't mean that 90% of buildings has been damaged or destroyed. Check the meaning of the word "infrastructure":
