Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 2

Crnogorac3

The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, awarded the title of Hero of Russia to Lieutenant General Alexander Lapin, the conqueror of Lisichansk and Severodonetsk, by today's decree.

Hura!

Congratulations, Lieutenant General Lapin

You can see in his eyes that you cannot sell stories about two dads or two moms to his children. I mean, you can try, but the head goes off like you've never had it.

I got a problem... On one hand, cnn reports this:

NATO boss lets the cat out of the bag: US-led bloc has 'been preparing since 2014' to use Ukraine for proxy conflict with Russia

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg: "The reality is also that we have been preparing for this since 2014," he said. "That is the reason that we have increased our presence in the eastern part of the alliance, why NATO allies have started to invest more in defense, and why we have increased [our] readiness."

On the other, Paulina, maf, joun, and clown say that the whole thing started in Feb 2022 and anything before that is pure fantasy. Hmm...What to believe...

Quoting:

Poland alarmed about Ukraine fatigue in West - PM
Indifference might be something Vladimir Putin is counting on, Warsaw warns

In plain English, we don't give a fu*ck. Continuing...

polish prime minister mateusz moronowiecki warned on Monday that growing fatigue with the Ukraine crisis among Western populations might be something Russian President Vladimir Putin is counting on.

Hey, mat, you have enough firepower to chase the barbarians out and back home so what is all that bs about western fatigue...

The Ukraine Ambassador to Germany Melnyk has been recalled to Kyiv for his personal remarks that insulted Poland and Israel. Hopefully Arestovych or even the military intelligence services give him a good lesson on how not to sabotage the defence of his motherland.

I got a problem

You have many problems. Reading comprehension is one of them. The article stated that NATO started to invest more into its' defence after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2014, not that there were any attemps to wage a proxy war with Russia.

Looks like Mister Spock

He has more of a SS-Obersturmbannführer. Another candidate for Den Haag once this is all over.

he will never be invited to pervert parades

Who want to invite a war criminal?

Reading comprehension is one of them.

Reading comprehension is YOUR problem. So let me try again:

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg: "The reality is also that we have been preparing for this since 2014," he said.

Did you catch who said what?

Putin invaded Ukraine in 2022, or eight years later, BECAUSE NATO was growing at his doorstep, not the other way around.

But we can retain our humanity and when we stand before God we will stand without hatred in our hearts.

Yes very good rant, I applaud it full-heartedly,
My Ukrainian friends whose son is close to marrying a russian girl. The Ukri parents are pretty hardcore nationalists, coming pretty close to denying the crimes of the UPA, yet they still somehow manage to get along with the girls ruski parents., not to mention being part of the polish community. As you said, we are small people, standing humbly before God, who is love. :)

maf, joun, and clown say that the whole thing started in Feb 2022

I would never say that obviously, it began in 2014... because THAT'S WHEN RUSSIA INVADED!!!!!

There was no indigenous 'pro-Russian separatist movement' it was a Russian invasion of a peaceful neighbor. That's when it started.

jon357
5 Jul 2022  #6407

It started when the Ukrainians choose a president they wanted and r*ssia started their crap.

Velund
5 Jul 2022  #6408

it was a Russian invasion of a peaceful neighbor

It was western-backed coup in Kiev (under direct supervision of John McCain and Victoria Nuland between others) and attempt to use military force against those, who refused to accept unconstitutional regime change.

jon357

It was western-backed coup in Kiev

Don't be silly.

unconstitutional regime change.

They've had two free and fair general elections.

Don't lie, orc.

watching this?

I already told you I never watch anything what you link - it is a waste of time coz you lie like you breathe.

regime change.

You should be saying prayers every day for it to happen in RuSSia soon. To save your country from becoming a fallen state where rat meat is a delicacy. :)

Velund
5 Jul 2022  #6411

They've had two free and fair general elections.

Not free, not fair, and not constitutional. And Donbass declared independency and was attacked by military force before such electional farce even taken place.

Velund
5 Jul 2022  #6412

And one quote, just to be clear...

When we point out that this is an anti-constitutional coup, we are told: No, this is not an armed seizure of power, this is a revolution. And if it is a revolution, then what does that mean? I then find it difficult to disagree with the experts who believe that a new state is emerging on this territory. Just as it was after the collapse of the Russian Empire after the revolution of 1917 ... And we have not signed any binding documents with this state and with regard to this state

- Vladimir Putin, 2014

PolAmKrakow
5 Jul 2022  #6413

@Velund
Regardless of what happens in any other country, Russia has no right or legal basis to invade. Pretty simple. Under the Russian way of thinking, all of the former Soviet Republics should have invaded Russia when Yeltsin "appointed" Putin leader because Putin was not elected. Sometimes you actually make intelligent statements and then you say these things and I have to wonder if you have MPD.

Yesterday, speaking to US soldiers again, I learned that more rocket launch systems will be moved into Ukraine in the next week or so. More missiles, more Orc roasts for the summer holiday season.

jon357
5 Jul 2022  #6414

When we point out

When you pretend.

Putler lies.

Not free, not fair, and not constitutional

In fact all three, no matter how pathetically you try to pretend otherwise.

And we have not signed any binding documents with this state and with regard to this state

Irrelevant.

Velund
5 Jul 2022  #6415

Russia has no right or legal basis to invade.

Protection of citizens of Russia that was under fire of "national batallions" (that not yet got any legal basis and became part of National Guard at that time) in Donbass is well enough legal basis. United States intervened many times with even less legal basis before.

Irrelevant.

We will continue this discussion on a Polish border, I think.

It was western-backed coup

There was no coup. You lose. Zero points! Nul points!

Go back to the drawing board for your next attempt at Wheel of Rationalization!!!!!

Velund
5 Jul 2022  #6418

There was no coup.

Explain then the constitutional grounds for removing President Yanukovych from power? As far as I remember, there were four grounds for such removal in the Constitution of Ukraine.

jon357
5 Jul 2022  #6419

removing Yanukowych

He fled

mafketis
5 Jul 2022  #6420

constitutional grounds for removing President Yanukovych from power

He wasn't removed from power, he ran away.

the whole 'no constitutional grounds' is meant to discredit the idea of citizen protest against the government.
