@mafketis
The opinions of Russians even from their own people is below what is acceptable in western society. I have dealt with this my entire professional career. Lying for Russians is simply an every day part of life. They will say and do anything to accomplish one task and then when caught will repeat the same process trying to move on. Culturally they are bankrupt, and they are below the bankruptcy line when it comes to average intelligence.

It takes a special kind of idiot to use a nuclear power plant as a weapons depot in war, it takes a bigger idiot to mine interior areas that are critical to use in maintenance. More explosions around the plant and still nothing changes. And this is the sign of an army that knows it is losing. Just like the Azov's knew they were surrounded and losing, they hid in the steel plant, and now Russians are hiding in a nuclear power plant. The problem is its a nuclear Fing power plant, and Russia will risk all of Europe to complete his little land grab. Absolutely moronic.

I see most of the trolls took yesterday off. Sunday must have been a day for going to church and asking forgiveness for stupidity. Happy gulag biatches!

below the bankruptcy line when it comes to average intelligence.

Ethnic russians have very high average IQs... which makes the rotten, inferior culture all the more of a tragedy... as I keep saying they could be an economic and cultural superpower if they ever turned their intellect to creation rather than conquest and theft....

PolAmKrakow

@mafketis
I would debate the high average IQ theory. High IQ results in a usually higher than average ability to problem solve regardless of actual education level. Russian's are not known for problem solving ability in general terms, it is a very select few that exhibit this trait. This is evidenced in not only the general life of Russian people, but in nearly ever sector of their economy and obviously in their actions in Ukraine. While I agree those very select few would come from the most ethnic of Russians, it is a miniscule amount in that group now. When intelligence leaves, and you are left with non intelligent procreation, the results speak for themselves.

mafketis
8 Aug 2022  #936

a very select few that exhibit this trait.

Well, negative selection is one of the guiding principles of russians society... showing any kind of positive initiative is quickly and decisively punished.

So, the high IQ ends up being useless because ideas like "How can I steal more?" or "How can avoid blame?" end up taking up way too much space in their brains....

A Ukrainian online acquaintance also suggests that they _want_ the rest of the world to despise them so they can claim it's because they're jealous of russian superiority... the behavior of some russians here tends to support that...

PolAmKrakow
8 Aug 2022  #937

@mafketis
Jealousy. I know, I actually had one Russian say I was jealous of Russia. Needless to say I laughed it off, and still laugh at the idea. Hate them? No, while I know I can come cross as hateful of all of them, I would not spend that much energy to hate them. I dont think most people would either. I laugh at them, pity them, and ignore them as much as I can.

They are like alcoholics or drug addicts in that you can not help them until they want to help themselves. When Gorbachev was in power, the US and the rest of the world wanted to help because it actually looked like Russia was having an awakening. That was short lived with Yeltsin and then Putin. What an opportunity that was squandered away. The Russia that could have been, will never be, in my lifetime anyway.

These sanctions will have decades long impacts. Think about the pandemic impact, followed by sanctions. Tourism in Poland is down 60%. There is next to zero tourism in Russia where there used to be a pretty healthy tourism business. Factor in all the other effects of the war, and Russia will have to work decades to recover. In the end, Ukraine wins, no matter what the outcome of the land grab.

European standards and democracy. Someone gets a billion by selling weapons, and someone gets a boot to the head. A man would say, well, that's what you asked for, but then it occurs to you that a lot of people there didn't want a war with Russia, they voted for Yanukovych, etc., etc.

It is enough for you to know that they are forbidden to leave the country, that there are drastic penalties for surrender, that people are literally being forced to die for Zelensky and NATO. If only those who honestly believe in that crap fought, this war would have been over a long time ago, the Kiev regime uses as cannon fodder the people who couldn't give less of a fvck for the same regime.

UK Households Get £280 Million Bill as Energy Suppliers Collapse
Electricity Infrastructure As UK Households Face Cost Of Living Squeeze

The UK's largest electricity distribution business said a hit of £280 million from energy companies failing will be passed on to customers.

UK Power Networks Ltd has received the claims under the so-called supplier of last resort scheme -- a regulatory plan that ensures domestic supply isn't interrupted when suppliers fail.

The value of such claims through to March 31 this year was approximately £280 million, according to its annual accounts. It has agreed with regulator Ofgem that the majority will be payable and recovered from customers through higher tariffs.

Once upon a time, they would go to the colony of India for cotton or to China for textiles. Today they can only shove a hand in their arse.

In Poland, the number of private loans that people take from other private individuals with high interest rates has increased by 41% in the last year. They have to take it to pay the bills and they won't be able to pay it back. Normally, a big mafia will appear, the worst kind, which will have to break people's bones to "kindly ask" them to repay the loan by this and this date.

Ukrainian channels are discussing what might be a leaked data from AFU General Staff:

- The AFU are only at 43-48% strength
- medical workers at their limit
- small arms and armor are not enough
- 191 thousand soldiers were killed and wounded (only AFU, not including others)

twitter.com/snekotron/status/1555536747806789641

That's why the Kiev regime banned the mentioning of the statistics of the dead and wounded by law.

- there is not enough hydraulics and liquid nitrogen for M777 howitzers
- no one cares about the missing - there are no statistics
- the equipment transferred by the West is running out
- Western weapons are operated by amateurs, since there are no qualified specialists;
- no way to repair weapons on the spot due to the lack of spares and specialists - everything is sent to Poland

LMAO another idiot returns with more lies and Russian propaganda. How about those radar invisible missiles the US gave Ukraine taking out all those ammo dumps? LOL Dead Orc's everywhere 80,000 dead or wounded, more than 50% of Hitlers er I mean Putins invading forces. Now more weapons on the way, hint hint, more missiles to kill the Orc's while they are sleeping. At least they will never know what hit them. Happy gulag biatches!

Crnogorac3

About 200 thousand wounded and dead is realistic, of course there are many more wounded, but that is approximately one hundred thousand thrown out of the war machine. Tens of thousands died, as we assumed, whether 70, 80 or 90. It's no wonder, they were placed as cannon fodder for the Russian artillery. At the beginning of the war, the Ukro artillery was more numerous and stronger than the DNR and LNR artillery, now the Russian one came and the Ukrainian one was mostly destroyed, before the Ukrainians were stronger 3:1 supposedly and now the Russians are stronger I estimate from 10 to 15:1.

You are Fing delusional. Ukraine is mobilizing close to a half million men right now. Russia is done, time to go find a new little dictator. There is no such thing as dnr or lnr, dnr is for Russia meaning DO NOT RESUCITATE. LMFAO You have no clue

mafketis
9 Aug 2022  #956

cannon fodder for the Russian artillery.

Let's pretend your numbers are true for a moment....

All they really would indicate is just how dangerous the war-criminal russian state is and how much it needs to be defeated and dismantled like Germany before it.

'russia has killed 100s of thousands of Ukrainians' is not any kind of positive message for anyone who is sane.

it just show how morally bankrupt those who support the criminal russian terror state are....

repent!

Oh no. Dont look now but the railway connecting Melitopol and Crimea just went BOOM around 2 am this morning. BOOM slowly but surely every connection between Kherson and Crimea is being cut off. Bridges impassible now, railways getting taken out, and all those Orc's are becoming isolated with little avenue to retreat once the real offensive begins. Funny how those of us with any intelligence said that this is exactly what would happen. Happy gulag biatches!

Ukraine is mobilizing close to a half million men right now.

And North Korea has just offered a 100,000 of their fighting aged "trained" soldiers to Russia to fight Ukraine.

Korvinus

lol

Before this war there was constantly so much talk about how "Russia strong," "second strongest army in the world," "Russia could take whole Europe in a few days if Putin gave the word" and such.

Nearly two decades ago US managed to subdue a large country with poor infrastructure and completely different culture located on the other side of the globe in about five weeks while losing circa 200 soldiers. Meanwhile Russia is being stalemated for five months in a neighbouring country where virtually everyone speaks Russian and is allegedly being oppressed by Nazis.

Pretty embarrassing tbh fam. But I am sure that the real Russian army with Armatas and SU-57s is being hidden somewhere in Siberia and is just waiting to pounce, right?

PolAmKrakow

Oh no! Don't look now, but the Russian air base in Crimea just went BOOM! LMFAO BOOM BOOM All the Putin coxuckers need to come up for air now and take a look around. Orc's are dying everywhere. Turns out Crimea is on the Ukraine hit list after all. LMFAO
