They should flatten every office building known to be in use by these fake politicians. Then flatten their homes. Treat them exactly as Russians have treated Ukrainian people. Blow them up into submission, and these political clowns will submit or run away.

I am always honest. I would actually prefer to see US planes take off from Poland and Germany and bomb the F out of every Russian target. But that would be asking too much.

If Russia declares Luganda, Donbabwe and Kherson its sovereign territories it will mean that from the Russian standpoint there is no legal difference between hitting say, Lyman and Voronezh.

So US can take the opportunity and finally finally give Ukraine ATACMS missiles and other equipment that can hit deep into Russian territory.

Escalation is a two way street.

Could be an attempt at "escalate to deescalate". USSR used to do it. Threaten to make a small problem into a big problem, thus the other guy drops the issue since its not worth it.

I think Biden and EU leaders are too invested at this point though, so the escalation will just lead to further escalation.

I'm on sick leave since last week (hence my constant presence here in the last couple of days :)) and I lost the track of time. It is Wednesday today isn't it? LOL Well, anyway - I still think we won't hear more than quiet sobbing from Moscow.

the funny thing about Putin speeches is that they do not keep Russian soldiers from getting killed or from losing territory every day. Putin speeches are not bullet-proof vests or other armor. Putin speeches are words, usually lies, and nothing more. If as some have said, he will make announcements about referendum's, no one will listen and no one will really care. It is all part of the smoke a mirrors routine that is Putin. If it is a speech to justify sending more soldiers, it is an admission of defeat. If it is a full mobilization, it is an admission of failure. There is no "win" from any speech he can make.

Why was it cancelled though? Moved to the morning because he was too sick to give the speech? Was unsure at the last minute if he should give it? Is unsure of its content? Cancelling a nationally televised speech at the last minute is third world politics. Putin is a joke of a leader, a complete fake.
