Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 5

@Novichok
Even practice range firing of weapons is meant to destroy. Targets are always destroyed when there is a successful firing. CDL are still very much in question though aren't they? Considering Russia does not control anything more than C and that is tenuous at best. By your thinking, Taiwan should be left alone by China because they have control of their land and has never, not once in history been a part of China. Or do you want to jump on the Xi bandwagon too?

When is Bakhmut going to fall again? Anyone?

about the Russian minority in CDL

No such thing.... russian speaking =/= russian ethnicity or self-identification as russian....

PolAmKrakow

@mafketis
If Russian speaking means Russian, then trans female means female by Novi thinking. Thus all people living in the US speaking English are still subjects of England. The German speaking Amish are still of course German, and we all know that Mexicans are just illegal.

Meanwhile, all the Ukraine citizens who were sent through filtration camps and are stuck in Russia still would like to hold a referendum and declare that those areas within Russia with Ukraine people should become part of Ukraine. Said referencum to take place on toilet paper and be recycled later.

I never said "Russian-speaking", Mr. Straw.

A Russian is a person who feels Russian, acts Russian, is proud of Russia, sings the Russian national anthem with a smile on his face, and is loyal to Russia to the exclusion of any other country. Did you notice that I didn't say anything about the place of birth, current residence, or citizenship as totally irrelevant?

Based on the above, do you know what are you?

feels Russian, acts Russian, is proud of Russia, sings the Russian national anthem with a smile on his face, and is loyal to Russia to the exclusion of any other country.

Then maybe such person should move to the country they love so much?

6 May 2023  #3246

Great idea except that Crimea was a gift from Moscow with love to Ukraine. Russia decided to have a recall.

Lenka
6 May 2023  #3247

Russia decided to have a recall.

Sorry, no backsies

All the people that wanted to be Russian had quite a lot of time to settle in Russia

Novichok
6 May 2023  #3248

...or to vote to join Russia. You know...that self-determination like in Kosovo. A wonderful concept...

By the 2030s, Poland will have more tanks than the U.K., Germany, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy combined. popularmechanics.com/military/weapons/a41020305/poland-becoming-tank-superpower/

Novichok

...and ICBMs. Those are very useful in the hands of 38 million people can't make their own TVs.
Next step: figure out who those tanks will be against.
When you are done with those tanks, how about fixing that missing balcony...I used to live there and nothing was done since.

Is Poland planning to apply to be the 51st state?
That would explain everything that's happening today and those tanks that will make Russia sorry it left Poland way back.

yeah... they didn't exist in Ukraine.....

Crimea was a gift from Moscow

Another myth!

There were several reasons for treansferring it to the Ukrainian SSR including infrastructure (it was dependent on water controlled in Ukraine) and a desire to increase its agricultural profile (Ukrainians were/are better at farming than russians).

So little knowledge you have.... educating you is a never-ending chore.....

this is the kind of filth that idiots like novi, bobko, velund and montenegro support..

Anyone supporting the former ukraine, that artificial jew-bolshevik created entity, is at this point basically pro homosexual child rape.

mafketis

basically pro homosexual child rape

Nope! Not even close. It's russia where child prostitution is tolerated....

There were several reasons for transferring it to the Ukrainian

Children, today we will debate the difference between gifting and transferring...As always, google is your friend. Quoting:

When did Russia gift Crimea to Ukraine?
Crimea was part of Russia from 1783, when the Tsarist Empire annexed it a decade after defeating Ottoman forces in the Battle of Kozludzha, until 1954, when the Soviet government transferred Crimea from the Russian Soviet Federation of Socialist Republics (RSFSR) to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (UkrSSR).

Conclusion: "gift" and "transfer" are interchangeable when Crimea's history is discussed except when dealing with obstinate Russia haters on PF.

Russia haters on PF.

There are no russia haters on PF. There are only realists here who can distinguish good from evil, justice from injustice or honesty from hypocrisy.

"gift" and "transfer" are interchangea

Okay. So russia decided to steal something it had freely given before.... noted. No one expects honor or dignity from russia anyway....

And Ukraine didn't give back Crimea, but it will take back Crimea.

Tough.

Okay. So russia decided to steal something it had freely given before....

"Stealing" is such a bad word as it implies something done when nobody is watching.
Well, Russia did it in full daylight after the residents voted to separate from that heaven aka Ukraine - a democracy that just wasn't democratic enough to have a UN-class referendum.

Yes, my dear little boy who still doesn't how to spell Russia, a gift may be taken back when said gift becomes a threat to the giver.

Ukraine is, of course, free to try to reclaim Crimea. The question you should ask is how many dead Ukrainians will be too many?

I am assuming that you are too smart to participate in retaking Crimea. If so, I am so proud of you.

mafketis
6 May 2023  #3260

ussia did it in full daylight

using soldiers in unmarked uniforms (violation of Geneva conventions)

Girkin even admits regional administrators had to forced at gunpoint to support russian annexation...

little boy who still doesn't how to spell Russia

What are the two words for 'russian man' in russian and what's the difference in meaning?

Novichok

using soldiers in unmarked uniforms (violation of Geneva conventions)

Ukraine was free to organize a "democratic" referendum using marked cars. I wonder why they didn't...Hmm...If you ask nicely, I will tell you why this thought didn't occur to them.

BTW, Mr. Civics, do you know of a more democratic way of finding out what citizens really want than an UN-grade referendum with the whole universe and beyond watching?

PolAmKrakow
6 May 2023  #3262

@Novichok
Stealing does not imply someone is not looking. Is a broad daylight bank hiest not stealing? What residents voted? Certainly not all of them since most evacuated. Maybe they took the vote in your kitchen?

Novichok
6 May 2023  #3263

Is a broad daylight bank heist not stealing?

No. It's robbery. That's why we call them bank robbers and the act "daylight robbery" as opposed to "Help! Somebody stole my car when I was shopping!" See the difference or not yet?

Back to that UN-grade referendum that wasn't...Why not have one in 2013 and earlier? That would be sooo democratic, wouldn't it...

Since you are a nice guy I corrected "heist". Or are you black?

mafketis
6 May 2023  #3264

referendum that wasn't...Why not have one in 2013

They already have one and a majority in Crimea voted to be part of indpendent Ukraine....

Amazing ! Where did everyone go ? lol
Meanwhile over the past day, Ukrainian defenders hit 15 clusters of Russian military personnel and equipment, three ammunition and fuel storage points, one air defense system and five other important Russian targets.

Ukrainian servicemen also shot down 10 drones of various types.
Putin is being humiliated now.

I want referendum specifics: where, when, who organized and supervised it, and what was the question.

big mad?
It was real, unlike the fake neo-soviet abomination in 2014 (when one area had more 'yes' votes than residents....).

RT:

The Wagner Group private military company will withdraw from the key Donbass city of Artyomovsk (known in Ukraine as Bakhmut) on May 10, the group's chief, Evgeny Prigozhin, has announced. The PMC's positions will be taken over by the Chechen Special Forces Unit 'Akhmat', he said.

Western press:

Ukraine on the attack. Russia retreats in panic.

PolAmKrakow
7 May 2023  #3270

@Novichok
When reading the RT it should be translated to, The Wagner group will retreat and allow for Chechen fighters to be processed into dog food in Bakhmut. Russia is retreating and losing ground every day in Bakhmut now.

Meanwhile, Crimea is on fire. Massive drone attacks have been hitting their targets. Ammo dumps, fuel dumps and all other military targets. Seems like Russian air defenses were only able to bring down three Ukraine drones and 7 more hit their targets. A 70% success rate? That is how you efficiently eliminate the enemy. The only 70% success rate Russia has is in dying. Happy gulag biatches!
