The Russian Winter/Spring 2023 offensive isn't going that good so far. Very minor gains at great cost so far. That isn't to say it can't start going better. If they are able to get Ukraine to commit most of their reserves while Russia still has reserves left to start a new push, that new push might have a good amount of success.

But given that the attacks Russia is doing are currently being performed by their better quality and more prepared units, there is a question of what is the quality of the Russian reserves available for any new pushes. If they are primarily the newly mobilized units led by mostly reserve officers and who were only formed 4 months ago they probably won't be that effective on the attack.
