Poland`s aid to Ukraine if Russia invades - part 5

@Novichok
I am neither arguing or helping, just stating facts. As for the EU, when you enter EU waters you avail yourself to their jurisdiction. Just like the western planes that Russia seized without paying for them, hundred of commercial planes leased and are taken by little Vlad because he has the authority under the law that those companies entered into. Its all legal and its in every country, so stop crying about Russian losses.

am asking for the legal basis that allows

Every country has legal mechanisms to seize assets of private companies or individuals - for good enough reason.

Few years ago one of foreign companies bought French port - and decided to stop port operations - so France just took it over (nationalized) it when negotiations with investor failed. UK threatened to seize Libyan ships and embassy buildings when Kaddafi refused to pay reparations to families of victims of Lockerbie bombings.

Ukraine can sue Russia before Court of International Settlements or International Court of Justice and win reparations - which would create a legal basis for passing Russian state assets to Ukraine.

Those private Russians got their vulgar boats and villas from stolen money and they pay taxes that are used to buy missiles (at least in theory, in reality it goes on gold cellphones and male prostitutes). They could have kept their assets in Russia, no problem.

They could have kept their assets in Russia

From your lips, to God's ears!

Many wealthy Russians thought that by keeping money in the West they could set up for themselves safe havens where the long arm of the Russian law cannot reach them. Imagine their surprise when their supposed guardians began to confiscate their assets?

Your geniuses in the West blew up the best racket that ever existed, over what... Ukraine?!

Bobko, you don't even realize how much I appreciate your presence here. An adult in the sea of ...whatever.

The Western thieves ignored the simple fact that they can get away with their theft only once per century. Soon, the morons will regret it when the rest of the world goes off the dollar and stops funding US debt. Once the trust is broken, it's gone for a very long time, if not forever.

...Russia does not want to keep its money in the West any longer. Neither does China, or India, or Brazil, or any government...

There are two kinds of thieves: smart who steal and keep quiet about it and dumb a-holes who tell everybody and think that stealing is a rinse-and-repeat business.

Those private Russians got their vulgar boats and villas from stolen money

Sue 'em.
How can you tell if a villa is vulgar or not?
OK, I get it...The one you can't afford but wouldn't mind having is "vulgar".

Another example of Russia-tier lack of self awareness. Pray tell me, why would West do all these things? Why did we stop business with Russians, start sending aid to Ukraine and some of us even volunteered to fight for its independence?

Truly, what mysterious event could have caused it?

Novichok

Why did we stop business with Russians, start sending aid to Ukraine

What was stopped can be prompted into motion. Stealing stops trust. Once gone, it's gone forever as a one-time event.
Would you ever loan a dime to your "buddy" who stole what you loaned him because you had a fight with another guy?

Stealing stops trust. Once gone, it's gone forever

Well put! No country in Europe (or sane person) will ever trust russia again.

Because you cannot see further than your nose?

Since the fall of the Soviet Union Russia under different pretenses robbed Moldavia, Georgia and Ukraine of their respective territories, while threatening Poland and Baltic States with violence (couldn't do much more, we managed to join NATO before Moscow could pose any serious danger again). It's the most imperialist and land-graby state in our vicinity.

ussia .... It's the most imperialist and land-graby state in our vicinity

And they totally don't get why other countries don't like them.... russians do not regard reality as a friend....

Yes, that svoloch propagandist Sołowiow even cried in his programme that Italians had robbed him of his two villas in Calabria. hahahaha Very funny.

while threatening Poland and Baltic States with violence

The above mentioned Sołowiow stated today that Warsaw is a historical Russian city. hahaha Again very funny.

Sołowiow stated today that Warsaw is a historical Russian city

I mean, the man is not wrong. For two centuries it was the third most important city in the empire after St. Petersburg (losers), and then Moscow. Many great Russians were born in Warsaw. Kazimir Malevich, though born in Kiev, was of Polish noble stock and always expressed a deep love for Warsaw.

Warsaw gave birth to many great companies which are still active in Russia, but dead in Poland. During the times of the Warsaw Pact, Warsaw was the most important city West of Moscow. Berlin or Bucharest could not compare, either because of disputed status or scale.

I mean, the man is not wrong.

Yes, but he meant it as a threat suggesting reconquista. :):):)

On the other hand, it is good coz Russians will spare Warsaw during the WW3. Berlin, London and Paris will be nukestroyed while Warsaw will survive intact coz Russians need to live somewhere nice when their own cities are obliterated through Western retaliation. :):):):)

Fekking clever of Russians, I must say. hahahaha

Sołowiow stated today that Warsaw is a historical Russian city. hahaha Again very funny.

Cretinous.

Imagine a prominent voice in the UK describing Dublin or somewhere in New England as a historical British city. They'd be considered insane.

During the times of the Warsaw Pact, Warsaw was the most important city

And it will never return to the r*SSian sphere of influence. They got away from that as quickly as they could.

Yes, current Putinist propaganda is insane. But they have no choice - either support Putin or wypierdalać. hahahaha

Pretty much every culture that isn't held at tankpoint runs away from the ghastly russian 'culture'.... inferior and debased.

Is Dublin not a historic British city?

No, it's Irish. Despite being under London's influence longer than Moscow ever had its violent hands on Warsaw.

Hence Poland and the Baltics standing shoulder to shoulder with Ukraine right now.

Is not every street in London strewn with a Dubliner's sweat and blood?

No, it isn't. They're 'strewn with the sweat and blood' of industrial workers. You forget that we had the industrial revolution and the first urban proletariat. And as for monstrous, our former colonies enjoy good relations with us. Yours couldn't wait to join NATO to protect themselves from you.

Churchil

He said "one small step for Ukraine, one giant disaster for r*SSia".

Seriously, he also said when comparing r*SSia with the civilised world: "democracy means that when there's a knock in the door at 3 am, it's probably the milkman".

There was something interesting in today's newspaper.

Apparently the Rasputitsa, the spring thaw, has come early in Ukraine this year. Meaning that the low-slung r*SSian tanks are bogged down, while the Challengers and Marders which are higher are not.

Very good news for Ukraine, not so good for the orcs.

As further proof that Ukraine is winning...Quoting:

CNN also spoke to a Ukrainian soldier who wished to remain anonymous, and who described the situation in Artyomovsk as "much worse than officially reported." "We should add another 100% difficulty to the official reports. In all directions. Especially in the northern direction where the [Russians] have made the biggest advance," he said.

...and readers' comments:

Zelensky says he wants billions & billions more dollars from US and Nato. He wants thousands of western tanks. He wants hundreds of F-16s. He wants long range missiles to hit Moscow. And now he wants America to send her sons and daughters to fight and die for Ukraine in an endless war against Russia._______ Hey wait minute!_______ This guy Zelensky really is a f//king comedian.

I selected this one just for my buddy, PAK. He likes food analogies.

Artemovsk is the perfect meat grinder for Zio-Nazi Ukies. For Russians no need to hurry to capture this city, ruined by NAZI-NATO. Flocks of Ukies with NATO weaponry do gladly run into this trap to be chopped into pieces, like chickens in the food factory. Vive la stupidity of Zelensky and NATO!

In bold for those who are a little slow. But the Russian army doesn't know anything, it's rolled up, they have no material, no morale.

Zelensky is responsible for this. You do not send people to their deaths and where they will survive for an average of 4 hours. If he had been the Japanese emperor at the end of WWII, the Japanese would not exist today.

Former U.S. Marine Troy Offenbecker, who is fighting in Ukraine's International Legion comprised of foreign soldiers, told ABC News that when a Ukrainian soldier fights on the frontlines in Bakhmut, their life expectancy is only around four hours.

"It's been pretty bad on the ground," he said. "A lot of casualties. The life expectancy is around four hours on the frontline."

Again, since you ignored it the first time, the difference between russia and Ukraine is stuff like this...

Since you're such a fan of russa presumably you'd be perfectly okay with the same thing happening in the US...

Zelensky is responsible for this

Putin is responsible, and all the r*SSian cvnts who enable him.

They invaded Ukraine. They should have stayed at home. 150,000 r*SSian dead already and more to come.

And the rasputitsa's started. The orcs can't move forwards or backwards. They will be cut down like the scum they are.

GefreiterKania

I mean, the man is not wrong.

Saying that Warsaw is a historical Russian city is a bit like saying that Rome is a historical Vandal city.

The fact that barbarians captured a city and occupied it for some time doesn't make it "their historical city". Otherwise we should probably say that Moscow is a historical Mongol city.

Anyways, Russia is currently producing 20 tanks a month whilst losing about 200. Ukraine has 80 trained and battle-ready brigades (compared to 27 at the beginning of the war), and 10,000 additional soldiers are trained every two months in Poland and the UK. Also, Israelis announced that they will provide Ukraine with their anti-missile early warning system, which will make Ukrainian air defense even more efficient. So maybe, just maybe, that would be a good moment for Russia to apologize and f*ck off from Ukraine.
