...an attack on one NATO member means an attack on all member countries of the Alliance?"
This exposes the idiocy of NATO: a limited border conflict can escalate into the mother of all wars.
The current one revealed how good idiots can destroy a nation and watch from a safe distance the death of 500,000 men the good idiots - the would be the US an Poland - are supposed to protect. The US by dumping billions it didn't have and Poland by depopulating Ukraine of women and kids thus relieving Russia of the Gaza quandary: to kill the enemy we have to kill civilians. A PR nightmare...
Poland, stupidly, helped Russia with that headache, because, as Torq has so brilliantly observed, Poland starts where logic ends. In Poland's defense, this BS is international. The West is in a collective suicide mode because it acts on feelings after banning "unsustainable" as coldhearted from policy conversations.
Bottom line: Bakhmut is like 1945 Dresden because Poland ignored the unintended consequences of acting on feelings.
Kiev, on the other hand, is in better shape than Detroit. i wonder why...
Low Morale Brings Losses To Ukrainian Military
I would have very low morale knowing that my side lost 500,000 men for sh*it.
