As I said I'm willing to accept your unconditional surrender.
You will have to wait a long time.
Here's what I'm waiting for:
1) For the Verkhovna Rada to stop sh*tting its pants, and finally put the mobilization law to a vote. Mobilization has been a political hot potato in Ukraine over the last 2-3 months. Zelensky said that Zaluzhny requested 500K men. Zaluzhny said he can in no way affect mobilization, since he's a soldier, and that this is a job for the Rada. The Rada, when presented with the initial draft of the law, balked at voting on it. That's how toxic it is. Zelensky's rubber stamp parliament, where his party holds an overwhelming majority, doesn't want to vote on his law.
2) I'm waiting for Ukraine to start printing money. Yesterday, Lord Cameron said that the West must urgently fund Ukraine, so that Ukraine doesn't have to turn the money printing machine on. My feeling is that the funds that are coming, will be short, and Ukraine will have to print money. Then all the jokes about "the ruble has turned to rubble", will not seem so funny any more.
3) I'm waiting for Ukraine to raise taxes, and cut pensions and salaries to state employees.
4) I'm waiting for Trump to win in November.
5) I'm waiting for Tusk, Orban, and Fico to block the extension of the EU's trade restriction removal on Ukraine (EU wants to extend by another year). Tusk already said he will work to block it, which was honestly a surprise.
