They also showed the summing up of help given by the EU (and it's more than the US has given). Both financial support and military equipment. Even if you put together the help given by both the EU and the US - even then it isn't 350 billion dollars:

Trump has produced no guarantees for a ceasefire to last. And previously Russia broke all the ceasefires when it suited Kremlin's aims. That's what Zelensky was trying to explain to this imbecile in the Whitehouse. Without hard guarantees every ceasefire will be shortlived.
