Their reaction would be to say OK, and give bank details. That is because the Germans have already paid reparations and a final settlement has been accepted. Just put WW2 reparations into Wikipedia.

Seems the tide is turning against at the North Nigerians - they actually lost territory in April, first time for 2 years.
