Coronavirus in Poland

I am actually surprised by the lack of violence against the ruling scum.
Another surprise the virus helped with was how stupid it was to give one a-hole this much power. What if a nation - all of it - wants to take the risks and live or die?

Today, if a referendum revealed that that's the case by a 100% minus vote one to unlock and unmask, who controls? The nation or the one?

Stalin and Hitler must be wondering how they missed this opportunity to control their sheep...

I watched some videos with people clashing with the police, in most cases they were reprimanded for not wearing a face rug.

But in most cases, Poles just applied a simpler solution: the economy of effort.

They just do what they would normally do ie. skiing in Zakopane or going to the open restaurants (more than 1/3 of the restaurants in Poland were opened in mid. Feb '21 despite gov objections) and test what the government is going to do about it. The state doesn't have enough controllers and beaurocrats to control the situation.

And also they know that they don't have the power to pacify the nation unless they declare a state of emergency. And they don't want to do that because then the government would be obligated to compensate 100% of the profit loss to all small (and big) business owners. So they gambled with corona-restrictions and Poles called the bluff.

Yes but Warsaw is just a small part of Poland

Not so small; being the capital and largest city. Of course it's also the most heavily policed.

Regulations are mostly being kept here, with the exception of a few loopholes like Hala Koszyki and bars pretending to be other things.

At my local mall, people are buying stuff from the food court and eating in their cars. masks of course, everywhere and a queue for vaccines.

- yes, I do. I may dispute their effectiveness and safety but they do exist. And the best proof of their existence is that the government has spent a lot of our taxpayer's money on them.

- no, thank you. I will not participate in this medical trial. Somehow I can live with the thought that there's a Chinese flu with a mortality rate similar to regular flu out there. The virus which effects I didn't observe in me, my family, or my closest friends since the beginning of corona-paranoia.

It looks like cases are starting to rise here again. They fell due to the lockdown, however the slight easing (and illegal opening outside the capital) is almost certainly to blame.

A more correct statement would be that they found Covid virus in 500,000 dead bodies. If they tested for mercury or lead, they would find mercury or lead.

In the US, 2,800,000 people die every year. If 500,000 is from Covid, the 2020 stats will show 3,300,000 deaths. We will see.

The volume of testing in Poland is also rising, while the R number stays right around 1, and deaths as neither going up or down. This is fear mongering using these nonsensical graphs.

The slight easing has no bearing on infection numbers since the "rise" does not meet the standard two week pattern that the world has been preaching the whole time. You cant have a third wave start three days after easing. Its a joke. The government is now playing with numbers to meet their own needs.

The Ministry of Heath are suggesting exactly that. A third wave.

They need to appear to be in control and in the process of saving everyone and everything from this calamity. They need to continue to justify why they are destroying the economy and peoples lives because they were not prepared, because they never invested in an obviously outdated health care system.

How I see things, its not that bad, after all. I mean, in every bad thing there is something good.
