The members of COVID 19 Treatment Guidelines Panel of the NIH apparently don't seem to place any value on human life.
Unfortunately, they aren't accountable to anyone, so they will never have to defend their recommendations.
Nearly a million people have died in the US due to their failure to correctly assess what the data says and recommend interventions that are more likely to be beneficial than detrimental.

What do they do instead ?
They recommend you take a vaccine that is more likely to kill you than save you.

Are there any statistics of how many people suffered complications and/or died from the vaccine yet ?
It must be staggering because of all the elderly people I personally know who have.

The only complication I had was shortness of breath and my heart racing from wearing that idiotic mask that is merely an "I care" or "I obey" face sticker. It was so bad I had to go to the ER at the NCH in Arlington Heights. Predictably, I aced all the tests - including the enzyme test - and was told to go home and "enjoy life". I am still not sure who I hate more - the mask rulers or the mask wearers.

Complications, from my experiences, quite a few. But nothing serious.
As for deaths caused by the vaccine. I know of none from my personal experience.

I would say that all the vaccines are pretty safe and judging by how things are going here in the UK, we won't be needing any more.

I just had the two doses, never had any bad reaction, never caught covid and won't bother with any booster jabs.

I had two shots of AZ (and several months later got covid) and I'm done with the process. No boosters for me and no MRNA whatsoever.

Fauci lied to us right from the get go by telling us that the vaccine "Would prevent us from getting covid."
And lie after lie followed that one.
I think I read that 29,000 people have died from the vaccine and remember all the blood clot complications from the J&J ?

Poland has refused to take the coronavirus vaccines ordered from the European Union pool.
"At the end of last week, we exercised the force majeure clause and informed the European Commission and Pfizer that we refuse to accept any more COVID-19 vaccines and refuse to make payments for them," Health Minister Adam Niedzielski said.

Because Poland has enough vaccines for their population without the Pfizer ones. The government have accepted that they'll probably be sued over this.

Poland was damned if they did and damned if they didn't.
Poland faced a complete lack of flexibility on the part of the manufacturers.
There was no such situation that Poland could seriously change the terms of this contract, and this contract was signed in times of a crisis situation.

Contracts. The Minister of Health has made it clear that they expect lawsuits and will respond accordingly.

Lawsuits against who and for what ?
Poland started to give these vaccines, or resell them, to those countries that unfortunately did not have access to them in the first place.

Poland managed to give away or sell nearly 30 million of these.
