They just can't believe that they have lost all this money and that a nation voted to leave their corrupt club!

What do you think about the points Pawian makes: the fund transfers are contactual (meaning, Poland agreed to it) and Poland lacks adequate tech resources to complete projects by itself? Yes. That is why blaming EU countries for taking advantage of some part of the funds granted to Poland is a huge abuse of logic.

Not that my opinon matters, as I'm not directly effected by it, but I can understand not wanting to be in the EU (supranational interference would drive me crazy), but if you are a part of it you have to play by the rules and acknowledge the pros, as well as the cons. It seems a pretty big pro to have investments from abroad that have helped develop your infrastructure--and Poland's infrastructure today compared to 20 years ago has certainly been expanded and upgraded.

This shows why you would not succeed as a politician.

No it has to be 50%. That the law. Then the EU body makes stipulation that makes Poland to pick a German firm a must.
So a German firm in Poland takes out 140% from 200% (half EU many, half Polish money).


Technical stipulation as the project is being made by the same EU body. You see the problem here.

You ask too many qestions, some doctoral thesis on the subject or God know what.

Every project that ask for EU funds needs to put in its own money. Its range from 15% to 85%. It is must. I just don't know how anybody living in the EU doesn't know about it. In my mind that person either play games or is stupid.

You might not know that you need to pay for the project yourself and only after it completion it get money from the EU. (15%-85%).

Now, you asked for reasoning - For every 100 Euro the EU gives to Poland we must
/spend in Germany 70 euro. Do you get it?
Now, that is not all for each project Poland put in its money (let say 50% but it could be any given number from 15%-85%, you can calculate it yourself),

Let say its 50% - so another 70 Euro goes to Germany.
140 Euro for each 100 Euro from the EU. For that project it could be less and it could more.
Poor Germany they have to pay for everything.

It's funny how the majority of Poles cheered the "defeat" of Trump. Now they have to live in fear about Putin attacking the Ukrainian border. Biden will do nothing about Russia because he and the Democrats have been destroying the country from within. They have no money left to act as the "world cop" any more.

I read the mass media in Poland and comments in Polish to know the reactions after Trump "lost." Now some of them deny it but the fact remains. Turn on some Polish media to learn they talk about Putin / Ukrainian border every day.

That's why the US and the EU (Germany) won't do anything about Ukraine. Poland and the EU know they would be on their own in case of a confrontation with Russia (or China), so they will act like friendly lap dogs. The only casualty may be Ukraine and Taiwan, but who cares about them (just like nobody cared about Poland during the WW2).

I wish China would just take it so we wouldn't have to wonder any longer how the DC swamp is going to lie us into another loser war and millions of refugees who "risked their lives to help us".
