@Novichok, those migrants who crossed Polish border become Poland's responsibility. There are laws in place which state what should be done with people who crossed Polish border illegally and how they should be treated. Some basic human decency wouldn't hurt either. It really isn't that complicated.

The video looks like it was shot on a mobile phone and of course it's hard to see what is happening off-camera, as the spokeswoman for the border guards said. Nevertheless, the guards don't appear to be diffusing the situation well.

It isn't any way to treat women and children and it's very hard to believe from that video that they are following any procedures, especially given that the woman and children in the clip are already traumatised.

This situation appears to be escalating, and increasing the number of military on the border is playing into Lukashenka's hands exactly as he wants it to. Sooner or later (perhaps this week) he will almost certainly escalate the situation.

When a woman exposes a child to danger, she is committing a felony.

Now Manfred Weber, head of the European People's Party in the European Parliament, (which PO is a member) is calling for the EU to fund border walls to protect Europe from the migrant wave.

12th Mechanized Division soldiers were already attacked with tear gas - if Belarussians give migrants proper weapons, instead of gas and fence destroying tools, then things might get nasty - for example when professional army is rotated by amateur Territorial Defence, which will happen sooner or later - 8000 of them have been called to the border.

P.S. What Gemany could do is to threaten the definitive closure of NS2 project, if Putin doesn't call off his dog. It is now more than obvious that he supports Lucuntshenka in this hybrid war. Polish press also reported on Belarus accepting payments from migrants but without giving exact amount of money. That makes Lucuntshenka not only an international terrorist, but also officialy paid human trafficker.

The EU now needs to show humanity and receive those people whose homelands they destroyed by bombing.
