It's actually 'nexusnewsfeed' a new age conspiracy site from Australia that just publishes any old thing to get clicks. However yes, their source is 'rt', basically the Russia; state and pure propaganda.

The facts are that the US have sent small arms and ammunition to Ukraine within the past few days however the main initiatives are multipolar and focused on diplomacy. They also sent military aid back in March, specifically patrol boats and sigint equipment.

Europe was very lucky that she was there when needed. I don't believe Russia will invade Ukraine because Russians are not as stupid as Serbs.
Russians use their brains... Serbs use whatever organ that comes to hand.... never their brains.
Russia may use proxy militia, armed and instructed by Moscow, but they will not dare to invade.
