Elon Musk has labeled German Chancellor Olaf Scholz an "incompetent fool" and called on him to resign "immediately" in a comment posted on X.

The remarks were made in response to a social media post about Friday evening's Magdeburg attack, which quoted the German chancellor's statement about standing with the people of the city.

"My thoughts are with the victims and their families. We are at their side and at the side of the people of Magdeburg," Scholz said Friday night.

Can you even imagine Poland`s situation when NATO and EU collapse, AUCUS activates and USA focus on Pacific and Latin America, with Vatican more then ever ready to trade in order to cement border between itself and Orthodoxy and Slavs.

If not Slavic, in the sense ready to fight and die for it, that way activating solidarity of other Slavs, Poland simple won`t exist. There won`t be any partition. There will be something else and massive border changes and massive re-settlement of the populace. Unfortunately, in a democracy, you don't hold a referendum on topics that would be inconsistent with the constitution. The right to asylum exists in the German constitution. To change the constitution, a 2/3 vote in favor would be needed in parliament. Currently not feasible.

Constitution is not a suicide pact. Without numerical limits, it is.

Asylum rules don't include country shopping. You cannot ask for asylum from a country where you are already safe.

In case this concept is too hard for you to understand...You can't ask for asylum in Germany from Spain, for example...

Finally, you must apply for asylum while still outside, not after you illegally entered Germany.

This allows Germany to say no if you don' qualify.

Once inside, Germany has to go through the expensive process of deportation - with lawyers and multiple hearings while on German welfare.

The right to asylum is granted to people who are victims of political persecution. Political persecution is defined as a threat to life or limb, imprisonment, or other violations of human dignity based on race, religion, nationality, political convictions, or social group.

Limitations
In 1993, the constitution was amended to limit the right to asylum. The amendment states that people can only apply for asylum in Germany if they did not arrive via a safe third country. Safe third countries include all EU member states, Norway, and Switzerland.
