When I refer to a local voting district, ward, precinct, area, they are all ONE IN THE SAME in my nonliteral American lingo.

Did ya hear about Trump taking a break on his yacht in Italy.

That's what I thought about it, too. I also thought that Harry has some difficulty in grasping the proper sense of relatively simple English phrases, so I decided to recommend him a book to read so as he could practice his English skills. The book was carefully chosen and was about dining out in Warsaw - something that Harry is particularly fond of. For some obscure reasons, however, my post containing the cover page of the book with the title and the name of the author was erased from this thread and later on I couldn't even find it in the off-topic bin.

Schade, wirklich schade, as the book may have proved very useful to Harry in developing his English skills.

Since at least over the past one-hundred-fifty years or so, the winner assumes the Office, the loser concedes (not necessarily always graciously, but concede he has nonetheless!), PERIOD!!
