The Russian terrorists have been using all sorts of missiles in the cities, especially where the civilians live. I pray they will just leave for Russia in peace. The Ukrainian government has offered them to put down the weapons and leave. Unless, of course, they have been involved in the murder and civilian killings.

technically,it could be even explosives buried deep by rebels and detonated,to make it look as ballistic missile,especially after those reports from CNN.

but those people looks credible,it easy to say if someone lie unless one is very good actor,and those civilians looks like very affected by this.
