Outright lie. The video was made in 2013 (not 2014) and is not in the eastern Ukraine either. The guys are dressed in the uniform of the SS Galychyna, which was cleared by the Nurnberg trial as the one that participated exclusively in the fight against the Soviet army, which occupied part of Ukraine at the beginning of WWII. This funeral is a re-burial of the fallen in the WWII and the uniform is used merely as commemoration of what the soldiers used to wear.
