The current trade deficit with Mexico is 72 billion bucks a year. Before NAFTA, we had a surplus of about 20 billion. That's almost a 100 billion buck change. Since one billion of trade deficit means 20 thousand jobs lost, NAFTA alone is responsible for 2 million American jobs that went bye-bye.
