German judges dance on a tight rope between two main marks of western democracies....freedom of speech and human dignity. Nothing China cares one bit about.

Free speech always gets a problem when human dignity is attacked by it....then the judges have to juggle and decide whats more important in this special case. Especially with our history, where a special kind of unrestrained hate speech led to the end of dignity and lives of millions of humans!
