The point I'm trying to make is that it doesn't matter who invented what or who has the resources to invest in R &D (almost always from government) people should be free to decide how they want to organise their lives

Railing against these charges, and complaining about Biden and others not being charged will do nothing. It will change nothing. Next court date is late this year. Term limits need to be something that is called for in general elections. Some states have them, and it is long over sue for the US to have them.
