Unimaginable to who? Any entrepreneur, anywhere in the world could make a million euro in a day sometimes. Crypto for example, and I play that game, you can easily make huge money in a day trading crypto, or shorting it. The daily average income is only about 2800 a day. There are teens making that kind of money today trading, or operating highly profitable businesses. I know one kid early 20's owns a portable car detailing company in California, making more than 3 million a year selling a service that cost him less than 25K to start four years ago. Working a 9-5 job of course its next to impossible unless there is a commission structure associated with it. Chances make champions. Regular jobs are needed everywhere, they will never pay like those who take risk. So I can understand how people would see a million a year as a lot if thats their mindset.

All the newspapers I have seen say it is on people with 100 million wealth.

And while I disagree with the principle I think that is a reasonable starting point - it's possible to make 20 million bucks building up your local sausage factory or playing basketball. But fortunes over 100 million have mostly been made through financial speculation or monopolies, both legal but neither are good for the wider economy.

The 100 million you are refering to is for unrealised capital gains. Meaning those worth more than 100 million would pay 25% annually on those gains even if they dont sell that property. If I bought the Empire State Building for 500 Million 20 years ago and I have a net worth of more than 100 million, and the building is now worth 800 million I would pay 25% on 300 million capital gains annually. Then, if I sold it, I would pay another 44% on the profit when selling. That is called highway robbery and a redistribution of wealth that in my mind is illegal.

The 44% is absolutely destructive to the middle class and anyone who owns anything of value. This is a socialist move. With this idea, I started my business 30 years ago with 5K. It now operates in the US, Canada, Europe, and formerly Russia though I maintain an office there. We do about 8 million a year, and its valued well. So, under this plan, I am suppossed to pay 44% if I sell the company and retire. Thats my penalty for being successful. The numbers were not broken down. But really a million a year is not a lot of money for someone who works hard and is smart. You know this being in Chicago. Plenty of them everywhere. If you make 500K a year and are smart you are at least a million liquid in 5 years. If your ni99a rich then you get what you get and that Escalade looks cool on the back of a tow truck when they repo it.

He was President for 4 years, so Americans have an idea what he'll do. He either did or attempted to do what he promised last time he was in office. When they call him a liar, I'm always a bit perplexed as he was the most scrutinized politician we've ever had and he actually kept his campaign promises--sure, some will say "he didn't build the wall", but that's inaccurate: he built over 100 miles of wall, reinforced 100s more, without getting the support of Congress (which he needed to get the funding).

It's foreign powers that don't know what he'll do, and that's a good thing. Keeps potential rogue actors in their place.

Trump did more for Americans in 4 years, with a democratic congress, than Biden/Harris have done with a democratic congress. Not only did he keep his promises, but those promises worked.
